“I accept that I gave wrong street no. Which I had obtained from internet, ( 27 instead of 21) and so flowers were delivered to hairdresser instead. However as the flowers were addressed to the funeral parlour which was only 5 doors away, I would have thought that it would have been obvious to your driver that that was where the flowers should have been delivered. The upshot was that we were not represented with a floral tribute which I found very distressing, and I will not use your services again .”

“I was on holiday in Lanzarote when I found out that one of my good friends had lost her mum in the fight against cancer. Serenata flowers delivered a lovely bouquet and a card to them the next day so I could still send my condolences even though I was away. Thank you”

“You can't beat Serenata for their flowers - they are stunning. I did have a problem with them finding the address of a new development and rather than ring/email to let me know, they just didn't deliver! However, after several emails back and forth they did resolve the matter at no extra cost to me. I would definitely recommend them and flowers have always reached me - think it was due to being a new Road. And to be fair they added two extra stems to the flowers for my friend.”

“Having paid for, and asked that my order,a funeral wreath; be delivered by 0930am;they still could not guarantee that it would be delivered when required.All in all,disappointed with the delivery end of the order,they need to introduce a timed delivery service,even if the customer has to pay a premium for it.”
