“The price was just right to send a quick bunch of flowers to my elderly cousin to cheer her up? I forgot to put a message on it and they quickly did that for me. Ordering was easy, notifications were good and the delivery at 9-00 am the next day was superb! Thank you job done well!”

“Great website, easy to order but when the flowers arrived five buds were broken - they were for my sisters first wedding anniversary, very disappointed. For the price I paid would of expected perfect flowers”

“I was able to order online and there was no delivery charge. I was rather concerned when the flowers did not arrive until 8 PM and it had been on the van for 12 hours at and it was a hot day. However the recipient seemed very pleased and sent me a photograph which looks great. I did think of the emails about the delivery of a rather cheesy.”

“I ordered these flowers whilst away they were for a friend who was recently lost her husband on a significant anniversary. I therefor did not see the flowers, however rather than be delivered in bud as promised the flowers were past there best when delivered and discarded after a couple of days. When I went to the customer services page to complain it informs me that in order to get any redress I must provide photographic evidence. This is clearly ridiculous given the service this company is providing: 1.People generally buy flowers for others. 2.The gift is to be delivered remotely 3. People will not usually complain about another's gift 4.As in this case the recipient will usually have higher priorities I Emailed the company ( I had not kept the order no but they still had my delivery address and email address quoted) and have given them ample time to respond before posting a review. So my conclusion is that they don't value their customers or their level of service best give them a miss”

“I accept that I gave wrong street no. Which I had obtained from internet, ( 27 instead of 21) and so flowers were delivered to hairdresser instead. However as the flowers were addressed to the funeral parlour which was only 5 doors away, I would have thought that it would have been obvious to your driver that that was where the flowers should have been delivered. The upshot was that we were not represented with a floral tribute which I found very distressing, and I will not use your services again .”

“I was on holiday in Lanzarote when I found out that one of my good friends had lost her mum in the fight against cancer. Serenata flowers delivered a lovely bouquet and a card to them the next day so I could still send my condolences even though I was away. Thank you”
