“They tried to deliver on correct date, but the Funeral Directors premises were unmanned (first time I've ever known A Funeral Directors to think this is reasonable conduct), however,thankfully Serenata Flowers returned next day and flowers were there before the Funeral Service. Well Done Serenata Flowers.”

“Ordered flowers at 1pm, selected same day delivery option and they had already arrived by the time we were home at 4pm! Super fast and convenient. Only drawback was that the flowers weren't the freshest and I personally expected a little better from a £60 bunch of roses, but the partner loved them and that's all that matters!”

“The flowers were half dead. Had no flower food. I'll be surprised if they last 2-3 days. It was my partners birthday who was a florist who educated me on how bad they was. White petals already going brown. Disappointed”
