“I found the order system inflexible and it was extremely frustrating that no communication was possible. The system did not recognise the (correct) address I entered and I had to choose one of the alternatives offered which I knew was wrong. I assumed it would be possible to advise the correct address somewhere in the process but it wasn't, and I had an anxious time wondering what was going to happen to the flower delivery. In the event flowers were delivered to the wrong address and the recipient had to collect them which rather spoilt the effect. I would not use this service again.”

“A very good friend of mine had been going through a particularly bad time and I ordered her flowers to Cheer her up. Very pleased with the service. Ordered late the night before and they arrived the next morning. They were stunning and very reasonably priced. Very happy,thank you :)”

“I had to contact customer service, due to something I needed including with the order. They got back to me quickly and dealt with the problem straight away. I was notified that the flowers had been delivered to my sister in law in Scotland, she was delighted with them and they looked beautiful on the photograph that she sent me. I would recommend Serenta Flowers anytime.”

“The flowers were really nice and well made up. The only thing I would say is that the message was written on an advertising postcard size card when it would have been a nice touch just to have a small note written on a blank business sized card”
