“You can't beat Serenata for their flowers - they are stunning. I did have a problem with them finding the address of a new development and rather than ring/email to let me know, they just didn't deliver! However, after several emails back and forth they did resolve the matter at no extra cost to me. I would definitely recommend them and flowers have always reached me - think it was due to being a new Road. And to be fair they added two extra stems to the flowers for my friend.”

“Having paid for, and asked that my order,a funeral wreath; be delivered by 0930am;they still could not guarantee that it would be delivered when required.All in all,disappointed with the delivery end of the order,they need to introduce a timed delivery service,even if the customer has to pay a premium for it.”

“Prompt delivery, gorgeous flowers & good tracking service. Minor issue - typed message didn't translate well, the system didn't like my use of apostrophes! Message still made sense though! Thank you, will use again :-)”
