“Flowers arrived in the morning of day expected. Bunch was just like the picture as photo sent to me by happy recipient. Please note it took me five goes to post this as every time I tapped on a star, it was loaded so you will appear to have a disproportionate number of poor reviews with no comments!”

“They were delivered for a friend who had just had an operation, they arrived exactly as they were meant to and my friend was delighted as she had no idea I had arranged it as I live 150 miles away and couldn't call in to see her.”

“Started off very well. Received confirmation of order and email on the day of delivery to say the flowers were with courier, however, the flowers never arrived and ruined a birthday surprise for my Father's birthday. Although they offered to redeliver another bouquet, this was 2 days after the event so I turned this down and asked for a refund. They have agreed to this but advised it can take up to 4 days. Disappointment does not cover it.”
