“Did not receive flowers, courier claimed he tries to deliver but I was in all day, kept refreshing the status delivery page and then it all of a sudden said failed. I took this matter up with support. Was told I will not receive a refund. Still haven't received flowers, was basically called a lier by support. Very bad service will never use again”

“Most of the flowers were beautiful, but some of the roses petals had already gone brown and a number of the flowers were crushed or had petals missing. Disappointing”

“The delivered flowers in no way match the arrangement as shown on the Internet. The internet image shows arrange flowers in a vase. The delivered flowers was not in a vase and not arrange. Disappointing. Will not use this service again.”

“The flowers arrived exactly on date. The receiver was delighted with the bouquet which was large enough for her to split into two arrangements fitting for the memorial occasion. Many thanks”
