Delivered PM on day requested. A few stems snapped and some heads hanging off. Paid extra for more stems, but bouquet didn't look very impressive.

The floral display was much smaller than I imagined and the flowers didn't look as fresh as I would have liked, so overall value for money was put in my opinion

Flowers delivered apparently twice to the wrong address although full address had been given, the company were great to issue my refund back when requested but it made a lovely gesture in a very upsetting time very stressful

Ordered Flowers for anniversary delivered flowers to wrong address only got flowers two days late after I walk a mile looking for them knocking on peoples doors they had my phone number all they had to was ring if they could not find me poor communication between courier and serenata flowers.

Flowers were not delivered on time. They were two days late. Recipient had to meet the truck to receive the flowers. They advertise that they deliver some where and they do not

Do not use this company. I ordered flowers for my brother & sister in laws 50th Anniversary. When they arrived they were broken and in a complete state. I accept this may have been the fault of the courier but I emailed Serenata giving them a chance to rectify the position. A week later I received an email saying they do not monitor their site and could I send them a photo of the delivery. Being 250 miles away and a week later, no I could not. Extremely disappointing, I appreciate things can go wrong, but I would expect in such cases prompt action to rectify. For their 75th Anniversary I will definitely use someone else

I would always recommend Serenata over any other online flower company. The flowers are always fabulous, amazing quality and they last! The service is second to none, you are always kept informed of the delivery and its tracked all the way to the recipients hands. I have never had a bad service and would use them everytime

The actual service and delivery was as you advertise, but I am afraid the ' pink blooms basket' display was appalling. My son sent me a photo which I think he sent you also and it looked like they had been tipped out and then just thrown back in again. He contacted you and was promptly sent a replacement but this one was not much better. When your son and partner have their first child and you happen to live on the other side of world you want something special. Sorry to say this was not.

Bouquet I ordered wasn't available, so they sent a totally different bouquet without informing me. I ordered white abs received a very colourful bunch. Unfortunately it got worse by the very poor customer service experience. Totally avoided my question as to why such a different bouquet arrived. Each time they avoided answering the question. There seems to be a recurring pattern with serenata customer service. This seems like a great idea and if it wasn't for your customer service department I would have placed quite a few orders in the future. Such a shame you don't put the customer first.

The flowers arrived on time and I'm told they were beautiful however the card was inappropriate and not what I chose.It was for a bereavement for a funeral and the card was a a picture of two people kissing saying soulmates on the front not very appropriate for a dead father!

Even 1 star is too much. they failed to deliver on the day. because it was then bank holiday weekend and shop probably closed, it must have remained boxed up in the back of the van till Tuesday 4 days late then delivered with driver saying he couldnt find address. flowers obvioulsy not of high qualiey by then. they still havent refunded my money despite numerous emails to them. I will never order from them. esp on a friday as you might not see them till monday. v disappointed at customer service

Request for flowers to be left at back of the property,they were left at the front of the house.Also one of the roses was shrivelled.

Ordered same day delivery they didn't get there until the next day and I ordered a white bookie and got what can only be described as supermarket reduced dead flowers. Will never use them again and I suggest you don't

Poor flowers. Some looked dead within 5 days. Photo shows flowers after 5 days. No food come with flowers. Disappointed.

Unable to rate the flower ordered as they never arrived. They were for a funeral and so there was no second chance. Received an apology of sorts saying due to a technical hitch "the order had not streamed correctly to the production team" whatever that meant. Only consolation was there were no problems with a refund back to the credit card but this was not the point.

I ordered the flowers for our anniversary to arrive on Sunday 27th August. As we were staying at the Cameron House Hotel I got them sent there. Got a message back saying the courier could not find the address as it was incomplete. I filled it in correctly using the drop down address finder on the website but the system edited that to Alexandria G83 8QZ. I replied to the email only to be told that I HAD MADE A MISTAKE - wrong!!! I asked them for my money back but they said as I had got it wrong they would not refund my money, even though the moment had passed. The money is irrelevant it is more the fact that they accused me of getting it wrong when it was their system. We were only staying one night so I asked for it to be delivered by 9am the next morning only to be told that it was a bank holiday. Not in Scotland it wasn't and the last time I looked, Cameron House Hotel is still in Scotland. I asked for it to be redirected to my house and was told it would come Wednesday. I then got an email saying that it would be delivered Tuesday. So is it Tuesday or Wednesday? Which day am I supposed to hang around for a bunch of flowers that are too late anyway. I would not have written such a bad review if they had just apologised and said they got it wrong instead of accusing me. It would have been nice to get some sort of recognition for their errors in the way of an apology or a box of chocolates or a wine gum- anything. Bad service all round and badly handled when it started to go wrong.

Very disapointing ordered flowers got an email to say flowers were dispatched then got one to say failed delivery courier could not find address, emailed sinatra flowers to be told they would be delivered tuesday as it was a bank holiday yesterday i ordered the flowers on friday, flowers finally got delivered 3 days later the recipient sent me a photo and they were not worth the price i paid i could of got a bigger bunch for cheaper at the supermarket will not be ordering from here again
