A friend sent me a basket of plants as I had not been well. The basket arrived with lots of Moss which fell out when package opened and part of the arrangement was missing. I contacted Serenata and although I could not provide a photo they arrived to replace the basket. Replacement basket arrived yesterday which was just as bad as the first. Contacted them which has been blamed on the courier. I have used Serenata in the past but will certainly not do so in the future. This has been a total waste of money.

The communication was awful. They took three days to deliver flowers and even then they did not arrive. There was an error on the address but no=one communicated with me. The recipient was due to go to hospital so they missed the flowers. Waste of £40 and hours of hassle

Hi I wrote a rewiew about my friend Bev loving the flowers and I expressed how good your service was , but I've just spoke to my friend, who only recently received the flowers yesterday and she said the roses had all died

Ordered some flowers on a Saturday to be sent to a bereaved friend. They arrived on Monday. I'm very disappointed to learn that half the flowers in the bouquet were dead on arrival . The rest didn't even last 5 days. The courier had the box upside down , so any water had drained out too. Having contacted customer services via their website, I have still not heard anything 2 days later. Unfortunately this is not the first time I've had dead flowers sent by Serenata, but it will certainly be the last. Such a shame as I'd used them for last 5 years and they had previously been very good. Save your money & go elsewhere.

San Diego California: After an hour of internet search for a flower company that seemed to have the most international credibility and dependability, I placed an order with Serenata Flowers for an arrangement to be delivered to my Aunt in Larne Ireland on the day of her 95 Birthday. The day after her big day I received a form email from Serenata Flowers saying that they were unable to deliver the flowers on the agreed apon day and that the flowers would be delivered the following day. Very disappointing but here's the worst part...they never acknowledged that they had in fact delivered the flowers the next day as promised. This left me hanging. Here is sit wondering if the flowers were delivered at all! What am I supposed to do, call my Aunt and ask if she got the flowers? What if she didn't? "Sorry auntie, I'll try next year, with a different company, for your 96th".

it was never delivered on her birhday and informed on teh day so panicked and over paid to get something there that day

SEVERAL things ... I ordered flowers for my Mothers 86th birthday SEVERAL days before the requested delivery day ... which was 14th July. On 14th July in the afternoon I get an E-mail saying the flowers wouldn't be delivered on the 14th .. but would be delivered on the 15th. My elderly parents had waited in ALL day on the 14th & put off going out as they were expecting the flowers. On the 15th I received an E-mail saying the flowers were on their way to my Mother ... however she was going to be out at 12.30 .................. I have just spoken to her and guess what .. the flowers are NO where to be seen! They have looked for a card saying where the flowers might be .. but have found nothing .Bare in mind my Father is 92 & Mum 86 .. they have got very anxious about the flowers. So well done ... you have spoilt my gift, my Mothers birthday & caused ALOT of stress ... and still no flowers! I am totally disgusted & will NEVER use you again! First & very last time. Mandy Marvelly my daughter came out of hospital yesterday, I ordered the flowers on 08/09/2018 to arrive the day she came out of hospital, as I was out all day yesterday I did not get your e-mail till this morning to say you was not delivering the flowers yesterday, I can't understand your problem with delivery when they had been ordered for six days, I can assure you I am. These were a birthday gift and were not received until the day after, so she thought I had forgotten her birthday. Very disappointing indeed. This was the first time I used Serenata. I have not been offered any compensation as yet

Birthdays flowers delivered 24 hrs + late ...(next day delivery gauranteed ????) refund of postage costs only is rediculous when the flowers on the wrong day were useless . . Refund requested before flowers delivered declined !! Rubbish ...

Despite 3 days notice failed to deliver on time offering a pathetic 'sorry the courier didn't make it' email as an excuse. Insufficient compensation offered and the retracted when I didn't accept the first offer. Complicated customer service reply system via website so you never have contact with the same person. Not the first time I'm a customer of theirs but definitely the last.

I ordered a plant which was totally dried out with dead flowers and yellow leaves. After a lot of emails back and forth, I recieved a refund.

For my wife's 40th birthday Flowers turned up looked like they were dieding .the roses were already droopy ,have brown on the petals and needed water. Thought we would give them a few days to pick up but that did not work You only have 3 days to report this Better off using a proper floist. Or inter flora .you will get beþer guilty flowers from them

Terrible experience. I booked same day delivery for flowers to be delivered urgently nearby, and received a note in the evening saying that they had not delivered the flowers but that they would upgrade the bouquet and deliver the next day. Fine so far despite the irrelevant offer as I had already paid for the largest bouquet out of the options. Three days later and no flowers have been delivered, with no contact from the company to explain this. There no phone number made available ANYWHERE for me to speak to a representative about this, and nobody has called me. I am furious and want a refund. Do not believe this is a genuine service at all and certainly do not recommend anyone else uses them.

Flowers ordered for delivery yesterday to a leisure centre. Had email to say delivery failed, leisure centre told me that no one even attempted to deliver flowers. No attempt to deliver today at all as far as I am aware. Really really disappointed at appalling level of service. Feel that my money has been taken under false pretences and wonder if this is even a real company??

I booked a funeral bouquet to go from your SE11 shop to an undertakers in SE11 for a funeral the following day. I would have liked to have spoken to someone but that is impossible on your web site. My ref was 218474017, annoyingly once the order was made I was concerned that they would arrive in time for the service the next day. I went to your web site and followed the procedure and e mailed my concern. The response was that my order had been put on hold until further notice and I then could not e mail as your site kept crashing!! Bottom line is my order was cancelled and I have to now wait 5 days before a refund which is nothing to the embarrassment I have now suffered at not sending flowers to a very important person in my life a dear friend and client with regards to her Mothers passing. I am very upset and would appreciate your reply Regards David Hicks

I paid for my delivery to be made before 1030 am. Not only was it not delivered by that time but it was delivered in a sealed package. If flowers are being delivered they should be nicely presented to the recipient. Not happy with the service at all

Delivery was left next door with no calling card left to explain this ! delivery email said flowers were delivered to my dress and not next door ! consequently my wife did not get her anniversary flowers until the next day terrible and incorrect communication I will never use again.

Purchased flowers for my wife for our anniversary. I was told they would be delivered between 8am - 8pm. I contacted customer support at 8.30pm to see what had happened to my wife flowers. Recieved an email at 8.50 saying that my flowers had just been picked up and were on there way. They were delivered at 10.15pm. Totally unacceptable for anyone to wait till that time for a flower delivery. Won't be using again.
