Very disappointed, I paid nearly £50 for flowers for my mum & dad 40th wedding anniversary and I would have been better getting them from a garage !!! They had been smashed about by the courier so the very few stems that were in the box were broken . Would never buy from them again .

I booked 10 days in advance for flowers and wine on the occasion of my mother's 91st birthday, at a cost of $54.97. I received an email confirmation of 'guaranteed delivery' on Saturday May 19th. When the day arrived, I tracked the order to learn that it had arrived at the local depot on May 18th for onward delivery. However, it was not delivered until Monday 21st - 2 days later. Three days later the flowers died, since they had sat in a warehouse over a week-end. To be reasonable I did not request a full refund, but only a credit note for the flowers. The Customer Service response was that I should have read the small print , which states that there is no guarantee for Northern Ireland. Given I ordered 10 days in advance and that guaranteed delivery was stated on their reply, this is unfair. My attempts to escalate to Management were met with the same response and then no reply at all. I would not recommend this company - poor product and service.

I have been told that as there was no packing around the glass vase it arrived smashed, very disappointing to hear this from the recipient, but was told the flowers are beautiful.

I had made a previous comment without getting a picture of the flowers and now I see the picture am truest disappointed. Arrived late Saturday evening and Monday morning flowers are already wilting. Came from one of your suppliers in Mitchum. I can say iam truly disappointed.

This is the first time I have used Serenata Flowers. I ordered the 'Beautiful Smile' flowers as a gift for my mum's 75th birthday for delivery on Saturday, 16th June. I got an email at 10.25am on 16th June telling me they would be delivered that day; well that's good I thought because that is when I asked and paid for them to be delivered - we're off to a good start. When I clicked on the 'track delivery' option of the email, it said delivery would be between 8am - 8pm! Needless to say my mum waited in ALL DAY and the flowers were finally delivered at 19.59. To our disappointment, the flowers were bulked out with masses and masses of foliage. as you can see from the attached pictures, there was more foliage than flowers. Like I said, this is the first time I have used Serenata Flowers but I WILL NOT be using them again. And I will not be recommending them to anyone either. It is ridiculous that you expect someone to wait in all day and then for the product to fall so very short of expectations.

Flowers didn’t arrive when agreed. Didn’t arrive the next day. Still not arrived. Refund requested supposed to take 3-5 days I’m not confident! Would NOT recommend and will NEVER use again, in fact my recommendation is not to use!

Appalling. A day late, the delivery man ignored the instructions on where to leave it. Instead it went to the post office. And because it was a day late the post office isn’t open tomorrow, so minimum of three days late. No mention on the card that these are perishable items. So a promise broken, and an extremely angry (now ex) customer.

According to my sister-in-law to whom I sent the flower, the roses all had brown edged petals. The lilies all had rotten stems - completely unable to stand up on their own and unacceptable. (She would have been very reluctant to tell me this - wanting only to say thank you for the lovely flowers!) She complained to Seranata, and also said that Serenata's complaints process was difficult to navigate and then they insisted on the “protocol” of photographing the bouquet from above, showing all the flowers. When she pointed out it was the stems which were the problem, so the aerial photo would not be useful, they insisted again. One couldn’t use a phone to take the photo - it had to be sent from a PC. They finally apologised said they will send more flowers. I hope she will be happy with the flowers that they re-send. On your web site it says customers are 93% happy. But here on this review site it says 77% happy. So there is a mismatch between what customers are saying and what you are publishing. In addition I suspect most recipients of flowers are too embarrassed to tell the person sending them that the flowers were not good enough, so I expect far fewer than 77% of recipients are happy! The person filling in this review is the sender! I think you are focusing too much on getting your company to the top of search results and not enough on providing good quality flowers! And I hope you improve the quality of your flowers if you want to survive as a business. Word of mouth will start to give you a bad name. Even if recipients dont complain to the sender, which I expect is what you are depending on. They will avoid using you themselves and advise others against using you!

The flowers delivered were very scanty compared with the photo display. I paid for the happy birthday balloon but this was not supplied. The delivery man left the flowers on the floor outside the door despite my order saying knock hard for a response. Overall the service was poor.

Tied together in a bunch - nothing like the picture on line, better from a supermarket. Really disappointed as they were for my wife's birthday!!!!

I paid for a delux arrangement to be delievered that looked no better than something I would have picked up from a garage. Absolutely disgusting customer service asking for pictures, I provided a picture and then they wanted me to count each flower! Unless you know the person receiving the flowers very well how can you ask this without them appearing ungrateful. I will never ordered from them again absolutely disgusting presentation and customer service

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. I purchased orchids and because i didn't call within 3 days to explain they were dropping their flowers, they can do nothing to help. One plant was £60 and one plant was £30. Shop elsewhere.

Received on Sat 2nd June, had been in cellophane in a box too big so the flowers were all bashed about... and very dry and wilted. Complained 4 times on email and 4 times, with photos on text message... appaling custoer service and very poor value for money... the flowers (yellow roses) were brown and bruised. And 6 days on, they are completely brown and dead. On one message they did answer they say the flowers are packed at 'Heathrow'!! So much for their claim it's from local florists! My parents ordered them as they thought they would be coming from one of the two florists in my town, but they arrived with a courier, box we crushed too..... Very disappointing and very unhappy!

Ordered an expensive bunch of flowers, half of them were dead within a week the others well on their way out, sent pictures and all they said was we only guarantee flowers for THREE DAYS, wot a load of rubbish, won't be buying from these again!

Terrible service. Paid for same day delivery. that failed. after asking me if i still wanted them the next day and if they could replace with a similar boquet i said yes. No refund or same day delivery which cost nearly £7 and when i questioned this was told it had been upgraded (from photos i may have gained one flower but no copper pot) then was told that i had not informed then not too. That it was normal to do so! So the statement on your website saying that if not delivered on the same day i will get delivery refund and money off my next order is all lies. I ordered flowers from Finland to the UK to celebrate Mother’s Day. I paid for same day morning delivery and flowers were delivered the following day and according to the recipient (my mum), they were not in the best shape. I tried contacting customer services, but could only get an online messaging service through which I left a message with my complaint and requesting to be contacted ASAP so that the delivery can be amended to what I had paid for...no reply, no acknowledgement. Nothing. Will not be using this service again.

I was very disappointed to find that my flower delivery for a 6th birthday didn’t happen because the delivery driver was unable to knock on the door of the house 2 feet to the right. The delivery driver was told the house to deliver to was next door and the recipient was home but the delivery was marked as failed. I am now asked to pay half again to have the flowers re delivered. The birthday has now passed and the opportunity missed. Receiving Flowers should be special, it’s a shame the after care isn’t. I’ve waited days for a reply, and no one can be contactable by phone. Show some understanding please.

Flowers arrived 3 days late, missing the occasion they were purchased for despite being guaranteed for delivery within 24 hours. Serenata refused to refund me offering only 15%. As they had been sat with the courier for 4 days, the flowers were not up to standard (some of the roses were browning) and they were very dry. Won’t be using Serenata again.
