I booked a funeral bouquet to go from your SE11 shop to an undertakers in SE11 for a funeral the following day. I would have liked to have spoken to someone but that is impossible on your web site. My ref was 218474017, annoyingly once the order was made I was concerned that they would arrive in time for the service the next day. I went to your web site and followed the procedure and e mailed my concern. The response was that my order had been put on hold until further notice and I then could not e mail as your site kept crashing!! Bottom line is my order was cancelled and I have to now wait 5 days before a refund which is nothing to the embarrassment I have now suffered at not sending flowers to a very important person in my life a dear friend and client with regards to her Mothers passing. I am very upset and would appreciate your reply Regards David Hicks

I paid for my delivery to be made before 1030 am. Not only was it not delivered by that time but it was delivered in a sealed package. If flowers are being delivered they should be nicely presented to the recipient. Not happy with the service at all

Delivery was left next door with no calling card left to explain this ! delivery email said flowers were delivered to my dress and not next door ! consequently my wife did not get her anniversary flowers until the next day terrible and incorrect communication I will never use again.

Purchased flowers for my wife for our anniversary. I was told they would be delivered between 8am - 8pm. I contacted customer support at 8.30pm to see what had happened to my wife flowers. Recieved an email at 8.50 saying that my flowers had just been picked up and were on there way. They were delivered at 10.15pm. Totally unacceptable for anyone to wait till that time for a flower delivery. Won't be using again.

I ordered flowers on 02 July 18 to be delivered on 03 July 18 for my wife on our anniversary. I had an email on 03 July to say flowers had been take to wrong depot. It is now Wed 04 July 18 at 14.30 hrs and still no flowers.

The quality of the flowers received was very poor and did not match the images shown on the company's website. There was mould on the stems and leaves after a couple of days. The company were unwilling to discuss conpensation or a refund and just kept quoting their T&C's. Any decent company would want a customer's first experience to be a good one - obviously not Serenta Flowers.

Im deeply disappointed with my purchase, let alone embarrassed. They had no water in when they arrived, there were 2 roses only! The other pathetic flowers were all wilted. The balloon wasn’t what I expect, it was more something that I could have bought in poundland. Im extremely upset and will never be using your company again.

After several good orders from Serenata flowers the quality of the last bouquet sent was extremely poor; limp and broken flowers and an attempt made to bulk them up with lots of dried statice, very disappointing. Even more disappointing was the after service where they exonerated themselves from any responsibility. I will definitely not be using this company again.

This Malta based operation, delivered half my order to my Father. I bought flowers and wine, but only the flowers arrived although the order confirmation said both had been delivered. My father was none the wiser when he took delivery - it was a surprise, so he didn't know what to expect. I only found out by chance when I spoke to my elderly mother a week later. I queried it with the company who said it was my fault for not contacting them within 3-days as per their T&C, and so they refused to speak to me/enter into any correspondence. They were happy therefore to take my money for something my elderly parents never received and then hide behind a T&C. Their order confirmation even said delivery is "Guaranteed by DPD"...…. but evidently not when they fail to deliver anything at all. So BEWARE, they will take your money and then hide behind their T&Cs when they fail to deliver the goods. I will get my money back as I bought on Credit Card, so I can initiate Chargeback procedures. They must also fail under Sale of Goods Act and ECommerce laws. My recommendation … use a reputable British firm not a Malta based entity.

It is impossible to get a refund from this company because they make a decision and then just close the case. It is also not possible to contact them by phone - they just don't do it. The first delivery was in a very poor condition so birthday gift was spoilt. I wanted refund but had to accept another delivery a week later which was just as bad. This company is obviously giving some good service but their way of dealing with problems is awful. No telephone contact just email and so many automated responses you could scream. After 2 days of photographs and over 35 emails backwards and forwards they just closed the case! I even had a photo of the signature from the delivery driver to say that he would witness how poor they were for £40. He said he wouldn't pay £4.00 for them. What a way to run a business. They could have 100% customer satisfaction if they just changed a few things. So shortsighted but they are obviously making enough money not to care. Very annoyed about the whole episode.

SERVICE was great updates on deliver brilliant price acceptable BUT flower when arrived brown petal on almost half of the roses stems were broken on the other flowers am very disappointed .as ususally the flowers have been first class .

Ordered flowers for my niece upon the birth of her daughter. I selected her house address from the drop down menu. Flowers were delivered to the wrong house and left at their door. Therefore, they did not check to see if it was the correct person. Went 4 times to get the flowers and the door was never opened! Serenata said that the flowers could be collected in the other house! No refund! No apology! A bad company to deal with. Bad Customer service. Paid for the flowers and they were never received. A real nightmare of an experience. Keep well away from this company! They do nothing to help a situation get sorted. A really poorly managed company to do business with.

Good afternoon I ordered from Serenata on behalf of my son and his cousins for a funeral. Ref 228453553. I was very disappointed as you had been recommended by my sister Mrs Linda Carr. The flowers did not resemble anything like the photo on the web site and I have to say I was embarrassed to admit they had come from my family. If it had of been possible I would have taken a photo to prove my point. However this was not possible . It is very unlikely that I will ever use Seneata Flowers again. Flowers didn't arrive until 6pm and were very badly damaged when they did arrive, the few stems that there were! I paid £35 for the flowers and upgraded to the deluxe option for my mother's 60th birthday as a special surprise however would have received better quality and more stems for around £10 from the supermarket. Very very disappointed. Will not be using again.

Very disappointed, I paid nearly £50 for flowers for my mum & dad 40th wedding anniversary and I would have been better getting them from a garage !!! They had been smashed about by the courier so the very few stems that were in the box were broken . Would never buy from them again .

I booked 10 days in advance for flowers and wine on the occasion of my mother's 91st birthday, at a cost of $54.97. I received an email confirmation of 'guaranteed delivery' on Saturday May 19th. When the day arrived, I tracked the order to learn that it had arrived at the local depot on May 18th for onward delivery. However, it was not delivered until Monday 21st - 2 days later. Three days later the flowers died, since they had sat in a warehouse over a week-end. To be reasonable I did not request a full refund, but only a credit note for the flowers. The Customer Service response was that I should have read the small print , which states that there is no guarantee for Northern Ireland. Given I ordered 10 days in advance and that guaranteed delivery was stated on their reply, this is unfair. My attempts to escalate to Management were met with the same response and then no reply at all. I would not recommend this company - poor product and service.
