We are still awaiting for flower ordered on wednesday of this week to be delivered to Tracy snow which was due to be delivered yesterday. No phone number where we can call is a poor business to deal with and will mot use again nor recommend

I sent flowers to a dear friend who’d just lost her mother. They cost £35. They arrived already turning brown and moist, which proved that they were sent out at that late stage. I was very embarrassed and disappointed

I ordered a boquet on one of the offers emailed to myself. The flowers that were sent were derisory i had to combine the flowers sent with another bunch to fill a small vase . I looked in the supermarket at the weekend and i could have picked something similar up for around £3! I had them delivered to my wifes place of work and she said she felt embarrased with them. Im not sure i would return to Serenataflowers.com again.

I requested that the flowers I had delivered to my mother-in-law Mrs Brenda Olding, be delivered with a neighbour. The flowers were delivered by Yodel, who left them on the front door step in view of everyone. I think this is disgusting, I clearly requested that they be delivered to a neighbour, if there was no reply. My mother-in-laws neighbour thankfully saw them and also she has proof on her camera what this Yodel driver did. What is the point of asking a customer to request where the want their flowers delivered, and as you can see from my order I requested they be left with a neighbour. l

I ordered an orchid to be delivered to a friend for her birthday. I made the order 10 days in advance to be sure it arrived. The took my order and confirmed it would be delivered. It was not delivered on the requested day. No one contacted me. The next day i contacted them to enquire about it. They refunded 15% of the cost and said they could deliver the following day. I cancelled the order as my friend would be away. They refunded the full amount. The customer service was quite good and they did refund me but i did not have my flower delivered by this company which was very disappointing.

after ordering the bouquet I was very disappointed to see them once they had been delivered. I feel as if I would have been better going to a super market to buy them. i hope other customers will read this feedback before using the website. When you are reliant on a product image to buy products through the internet, you can appreciate when when whats delivered isn't what you believe you have purchased.

We sent these flowers to our neighbour for looking after our house while we were on holiday. They were left at the wrong house and this wan not discovered until we came back from holiday. The box they came in was soaked though and the presentation was not the best. Very disappointed.

The flower/plant basket was all broken and smashed. The recipitent has arranged a replacement, but I have been trying to contact them about my upset and dissatisfaction , only to get constant list reading replies, and told they do not call customers

Ordered flowers on Tuesday for Friday delivery by end of business hours to a high-rise tower in London. Got a notification around 3pm that they had been delivered and contacted my recipient to see what she thought around 5pm. She said she never received any flowers! I'm SO disappointed as these were ordered to celebrate her engagement. My guess is the delivery person was lazy and didn't bother going upstairs to deliver them. He just left them with some front doorman and called it a day and they forgot about them. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I ordered Raspberry Ripple - Grandissimo for my best friend birthday and paid EXTRA £9.99. I was so disappointed when the flowers delivered. It didn't look like the one on the website and the it was so small for 33 stems(only had 3 roses). I felt like I been cheated! Not happy at all.

the customer service is appalling, you have to keep filling in your information on the site to reply to an email rather then replying directly, they refused to pick up the phone and call me to sort my issue quicker- instead i had to find the drivers number and communicate with him to get my flowers delivered on time as i was advised on the site to choose a time slot and there was no time slot option!! to then we told that as i placed the order after a certain time i wasn't entitled to this option- the site told me i can choose a time slot nowhere did it have timeframe cut offs!- absolute joke the balloons are tiny rather then the image seems to be a big balloon- wish i would have read the online reviews first as i would never have used this company

I received a bouqet of flowers from my birthday less than a week ago. They arrived to my workplace and when I opened them there was a lot of brown petal on the white roses. My colleagues commented that they had never received anything like that. I then read the care instructions that informed to take the guard leaves off the roses as these were left on for protection. I did this and cut the stems and put fresh water in every couple of days. They are terrible brown from the inside. I have contacted customer services twice wo said they only guarantee flower for 3 days. I have never heard anything like this. I have flowers from supermarkets that last longer than a week or moer. My son paid £39.99 for these with a birthday balloon. I personally will never use this company for flowers and have informed my son not to waste his money again.

they processed my order twice and then refused to refund me for one of the orders. Appalling customer service when I got in touch will never use this service again.

This was the first time I was disappointed with the lowers I ordered from you. I was told the roses drooped within a day of arriving.

I ordered a sheaf for my uncle's funeral. After the service, we went to see the flowers and I couldn't see my sheaf. Only other flowers were wreaths from grandchildren, wife and children (family flowers only). There was a small bunch of flowers in some cellophane. Well it turned out, this was my 'sheaf' which I'd paid nearly £30 for! Utterly disgusted and embarrassed. 3 lilies, 2 other White flowers and some greenery. Less than you would get for £10 at a garage! The next day I contacted Serenata online (can't find phone number). Because I didn't take a photo (no phone or camera taken to a FUNERAL!) they completely dismissed my complaint as I couldn't prove it. The picture they show online of the sheaf and what they said was in it was totally unlike what they sent. I think they probably assumed because I live in Brighton and the funeral was in Lancashire, that I would not attend and wouldn't ever know what had been supplied. I've used this company for years. Now I wonder what has been delivered to friends & family over the time!! RIP OFF company. I am reporting them to Trading Standards.
