The flowers were ordered with an additional vase, despite charging us this was not delivered. We noted that they pride themselves on flowers lasting longer than others, on the same day my mother also received flowers from another supplier that are still going strong, the Serenata flowers are however well past their best. To top it of we followed up with Serenata flowers re the missing vase, they are going to refund the cost of the vase however it was ordered as particular colour to be a memory of the occasions, they are not able to supply the vase separately! Finally the complaints system is painful, after filing in a form online you receive an email however to reply you have to go back to the website and fill in another form rather than reply to the email with a case number or other more practicable approach that makes you feel as if they care.

No attempt made to deliver flowers on date requested. Delivered day late having spent 24hrs at least in depot/DPD van, poor condition. Very disappointed recipient and customer. Customer service not interested in complaint. Told they were delivered. Totally ignore breach of contract re delivery of "perishable" goods. Used them several times before previously but never again. Seem very complacent, steer clear, far better companies out there.

Some of flowers look past sell by date Too much green fillers and not enough flowers Could have got flowers locally for less and better quality

Terrible flowers sent to my wife, a real derisory bunch which were lame and made the whole process of purchasing flowers as a nice gesture a pointless one!

Difficult to comment on the product as it didn't arrive with no explanation, reason or apology. Tracking says "arrived at depot". Is that meant to satisfy me?

My flowers were delivered to my wife as a suprise. When she received them they was dying already and browning at the bottom.

The flowers were delivered to the wrong hospital despite having the correct address. It took 3 days from the order to receiving them and I had to locate their whereabouts - no help from the company. I will certainly advise people not to use Serenata Flowers - extremely disappointing service.

Due to be delivered on the 5th of May, not actually delivered until the afternoon of the 8th of May - not much point using a company that cannot be trusted to do what it says it will. :(

I asked for flowers to go to a neighbour if not in but just left ourside if full sun roses had been affected not happy as no one listen to my request who would leave flowers outside in temp of 26 degree

the flowers where left outside the basement flat and where not seen until the afternoon. They should have been delivered to the top flat. Weather i use your service again i am unsure.

Flowers have not been delivered. Was promised delivery yesterday and they have still not been received by 8:32 pm today! Will not use you again!

Placed the order on Thursday for next day delivery. Flowers got delivered Friday at 6:30pm! These flowers were for someone special. They got delivered too late. Now the flowers are in the box in the mailroom over a long bank holiday weekend.

Ordered flowers on Wednesday for my aunt who losed her son . Still waiting on the delivery A disgrace as my credit card was charged right away. I live in Canada so was hoping to use this service more. Very unlikely now unless they prove me wrong and these flowers get delivered today,

We are still awaiting for flower ordered on wednesday of this week to be delivered to Tracy snow which was due to be delivered yesterday. No phone number where we can call is a poor business to deal with and will mot use again nor recommend

I sent flowers to a dear friend who’d just lost her mother. They cost £35. They arrived already turning brown and moist, which proved that they were sent out at that late stage. I was very embarrassed and disappointed

I ordered a boquet on one of the offers emailed to myself. The flowers that were sent were derisory i had to combine the flowers sent with another bunch to fill a small vase . I looked in the supermarket at the weekend and i could have picked something similar up for around £3! I had them delivered to my wifes place of work and she said she felt embarrased with them. Im not sure i would return to Serenataflowers.com again.

I requested that the flowers I had delivered to my mother-in-law Mrs Brenda Olding, be delivered with a neighbour. The flowers were delivered by Yodel, who left them on the front door step in view of everyone. I think this is disgusting, I clearly requested that they be delivered to a neighbour, if there was no reply. My mother-in-laws neighbour thankfully saw them and also she has proof on her camera what this Yodel driver did. What is the point of asking a customer to request where the want their flowers delivered, and as you can see from my order I requested they be left with a neighbour. l
