They failed to deliver flowers on delivery day, notified me to late to organise another service and then were very difficult to get delivery for another time, did not respond quickly. Found it to be an awful service would never use it again.

Worst flowers I have ever ordered,yellow roses where brown , wilted , badly wrapped . Bad presentation, cheap quality. I was asked to remove brown petal as this is normal during transport , but when removed I had hardly any petals left . No phone number to complain , email after email back and fore. Refund given after loads of emails . Would avoid and try a local florist with a contact number in future . (Live and learn ) avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid

The flowers were ordered for a special birthday and delivered to a different address even though they were addressed clearly with the correct address. I have had several communications with yourselves and know it is your courier that has let you down but you will not instruct the courier to make a goodwill gesture of some more flowers to say sorry as these flowers arrived the day after the birthday!

Appalling service. Ordered flowers for Easter Saturday as the website said it could deliver the following day. I had never used them before. I also left a note on the order to say "leave on doorstep if out". The delivery failed as nobody there - apparently it is at the courier's "discretion" as to whether they follow your instructions or not! I was then told it would be delivered 3 days later - but another failed delivery - apparently the recipient (my mother in law) "refused" the delivery. She knew nothing about it. Then I was told in error it was being delivered on day 4. I have not been given a refund, there was nobody to actually speak to other than via email, and I will never use this company again.

Ordered flowers for next day Delivery, Finally arrived 4 days later. Why don't they publish their phone number? Order at your peril.

The delivery arrived as expected but when my mum unwrapped her flowers two of the roses were very mouldy on the petals and had to be thrown away. We tried to send a complaint through the website but Serenata do not accept complaints without pictures to support and mum had already binned the flowers as they were prey bad before we knew a picture was required. Won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered my flowers to be delivered For Saturday 31 March for a very ill lady. I’ve just rung her today 1 April and she has not received my flowers. How disappointed I am!

This is the second time I have used this service. The first time was a great experience and got 5 stars and why I used this service again. This time, they failed to deliver the product on the day instructed, which was my parents 45th wedding anniversary. Apparently they 'forgot' to load it on to the van. I am hoping they will at least deliver it today or else I will be expecting a full refund

Terrible experience. Flowers did not look fresh and the bouquet barely had any flowers despite spending £35! Will not be using this vendor again.

I ordered two bouquets of flowers. I just have received the flowers. The bouquets are so small and do not look like on the website. Also the flowers are old and wilted. I am really disappointed. I was expecting something good. There's a Lidl just in front of my shop, i should have gone there. I would have found much better for the same price. First and last time i order on this website

I ordered the petite floral sheath and when delivered, unlike the web page, they were wrapped in cellphone, like flowers you could buy from any florist. I was later told this is how they are delivered and it was up to the funeral home to remove the cellphone if required. Not helpful.

This is my second or third order from Serenata, the first couple were great but the flowers supplied this time were poor. I raised this with them and explained that due to having them delivered to my elderly Gran I wanted to double check the issue before contacting Serenata to see what they could do. The flowers were delivered on Friday, but by Sunday they were wilted and in a very poor condition. Asked for a second opinion as I am not local to where they were delivered, got that Monday and submitted a complaint only be be told 'terms and conditions state you only have three days to lets us know' so there is nothing we are prepared to do. Pretty poor service for sure.

DO NOT USE. OUT AND OUT THEFT. FAIL TO DELIVER, THEN DO NOT REFUND. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED.
