Paid for guaranteed Friday am delivery and still no delivery at 1730 Saturday.They state delivery is not their responsibility,they advertise guaranteed so they are responsible.Appalling service and attitude.

ordered flowers for my wife delivery before noon on the 23 rd march, it is now 19.45 on the 24 march still no flowers. do I get a refund .?

Not delivered on day and time requested in fact not delivered next day either. Wife still waiting. NOT HAPPY.

This was a disaster - birthday flowers , deliver before noon - simply not delivered . My enquiries produced a promise to deliver ‘ tomorrow ‘ ( when nobody would be in ) . Don’t you understand your business is acutely time sensitive ? If you can’t do it at the right time , it is pointless .

you promised delivery on the chosen day but not until after I had paid for my order did you inform me that you could not deliver it as promised and that you would deliver it the following day which failed as the recipitant was ,by then, not at home.It was a surprise for her 80th birthday as she has had serious health issues lately and as I myself have health issues, I could not visit her so this was to cheer her up as she loves flowers. HER BIRTHDAY HAS GONE NOW SO I AM EXTREMELY ANGRY AT THIS FIASCO.I hope I will get a full refund as all the problems came from you despite your guarantee that they would be delivered on the day chosen by me.NEVER HAVE I HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH ANY OTHER FLORISTS IN THE PAST.

Six days in advance, I ordered a funeral wreath to be delivered the day before the funeral. I was informed that delivery would be made a day late, well after the funeral. This notice came much to late for me to do anything about it or find another florist. There is no way to talk to an actual human being at Serenata. The situation was infuriating. Then to ad insult to injury, I was advised that Serenata would refund some ten pounds to my account. The wreath was 60 pounds. The full amount should have been refunded since our agreement was void by Serenata's failure to perform as promised. I will not have anything to do with this outfit again. And I am still infuriated.

I ordered flowers for the day before a funeral and was advised that these could not be delivered that day but would be on the following day. 1 hour before the funeral I’m advised that the order was cancelled and a very poor excuse. Refunded, but just not good enough. This was one of my best friends funerals and I couldn’t be there because she’d died suddenly whilst I was abroad. The flowers were the least I could do. Disappointed doesn’t even cut it! Never use this company

Even though it says guaranteed delivery ,NO delivery and when I contacted about it they said dpd had them and would deliver following day ,well I didn’t want flowers that had been stuck on a van a whole day then delivered the following day so cancelled.my advice go somewhere else .

Really disappointed, don't buy flowers from these people!! I bought these flowers for Mother's Day, they arrived and the whole family laughed with comments like "they look like old flowers that were just picked up from the cemetery". Really embarrassing. The flowers looked old and dry, the rose petals had brown edges. I complained to Serenata Flowers with photo's and their comments were to leave them for a few days and they'll look better. Yeah, I don't think so!! So, if you want to buy flowers for a special person, don't use Serenata Flowers or they'll be disappointed and you'll be embarrassed.

Ordered for my friends b'day. They where left behind a bin with no card to indicate they where there so she did not get them until the following evening. 😐

The flowers didn't even last a week so when I complained apparently they had to die within the first three days !! Really not great customer service will not be using again

Ordered flowers & chocs on 8th Jan + requested that courier "LEAVE ON DOORSTEP" if recipients not around. Recipients live in a park and they were in the house all that week but no delivery made. I sent several e-mails of complaint but automated message informs "Flowers delivered". Further messages stated "Flowers left at gate". Who would leave flowers outside a park gate on a busy road? Estate Manager + Recipients confirm that flowers were NOT DELIVERED. To add insult Serenata bombarded me with ads + e-mails for feedback + telling me I should expect a "Ringing in my ears" (from recipients) re our wonderful experience. I requested either a delivery or refund, but received neither.

The roses were brown and obviously dying. The pinks were actually dead, heads had fallen off the stalks and there were blank stems in the bunch. The bunch had the appearance of having been dropped and the remainder will not last 24 hours. Our Aunt was very disappointed on her 84th birthday and we feel really badly that your delivery was not up to expectations. Needless to say, we will not use your services again.

Ordered flowers on friday to be delivered on saturday 17th march guarenteed next day delivery for a birthday. Flowers did not come on that day, so I rang DPD to be told the item was badly addressed by Serenata which caused a mis-sort and they will have to be delivered on the sunday, the flowers didn't come on the sunday either so I emailed Serenata Flowers about all of this they just keep resonding with "the flowers will be delivered today, apologies for the delay"- no empathy and the flowers are still not here. I am a working person and now can't receive this item as intended, with no help from the customer services here. I'm shocked at the ignorance of this company and how incompetent they must be if they can't even write an address. I'd advise you shop elsewhere to avoid this hassle, and get a better quality if service. Alot of improvement is needed here.

Flowers arrived on time for mother’s day but were wilted & rose petals were brown. They were completely dead 3 days later. My mother said they were rotting from the inside out like something was inside them eating them! I contacted serenata with my concerns and was told there was nothing they could do because I didn’t email them right away. Second time I have ordered flowers from here which have arrived this way, used to recommend them but not any more. In my mother’s words “don’t waste any more money buying from them”. Very disappointed in the flowers and even more so with the response I received. I will not be using this company anymore after being a customer for several years. Not all customers can get photos uploaded straight away to complain when something is wrong, especially not when it is an elderly woman who can’t work technology! Thanks for ruining mother’s day for my mum, and also for me knowing how disappointed she was with my gift. Photo is of flowers on arrival.

Flowers wilting when delivered and dead the following day. My mum lives in the UK and I live in NZ, so phone calls are difficult to time (especially when she is sick!) so she told me the following weekend by which time the flowers had been thrown out and she had not thought to take a photo. Serenata did nothing.
