Really disappointed, don't buy flowers from these people!! I bought these flowers for Mother's Day, they arrived and the whole family laughed with comments like "they look like old flowers that were just picked up from the cemetery". Really embarrassing. The flowers looked old and dry, the rose petals had brown edges. I complained to Serenata Flowers with photo's and their comments were to leave them for a few days and they'll look better. Yeah, I don't think so!! So, if you want to buy flowers for a special person, don't use Serenata Flowers or they'll be disappointed and you'll be embarrassed.

Ordered for my friends b'day. They where left behind a bin with no card to indicate they where there so she did not get them until the following evening. 😐

Arrived a day late. What’s the point of planning a floral delivery when it do any arrive on thSaturday date ordered. Furious, won’t use again.

The flowers didn't even last a week so when I complained apparently they had to die within the first three days !! Really not great customer service will not be using again

Ordered flowers & chocs on 8th Jan + requested that courier "LEAVE ON DOORSTEP" if recipients not around. Recipients live in a park and they were in the house all that week but no delivery made. I sent several e-mails of complaint but automated message informs "Flowers delivered". Further messages stated "Flowers left at gate". Who would leave flowers outside a park gate on a busy road? Estate Manager + Recipients confirm that flowers were NOT DELIVERED. To add insult Serenata bombarded me with ads + e-mails for feedback + telling me I should expect a "Ringing in my ears" (from recipients) re our wonderful experience. I requested either a delivery or refund, but received neither.

The roses were brown and obviously dying. The pinks were actually dead, heads had fallen off the stalks and there were blank stems in the bunch. The bunch had the appearance of having been dropped and the remainder will not last 24 hours. Our Aunt was very disappointed on her 84th birthday and we feel really badly that your delivery was not up to expectations. Needless to say, we will not use your services again.

Ordered flowers on friday to be delivered on saturday 17th march guarenteed next day delivery for a birthday. Flowers did not come on that day, so I rang DPD to be told the item was badly addressed by Serenata which caused a mis-sort and they will have to be delivered on the sunday, the flowers didn't come on the sunday either so I emailed Serenata Flowers about all of this they just keep resonding with "the flowers will be delivered today, apologies for the delay"- no empathy and the flowers are still not here. I am a working person and now can't receive this item as intended, with no help from the customer services here. I'm shocked at the ignorance of this company and how incompetent they must be if they can't even write an address. I'd advise you shop elsewhere to avoid this hassle, and get a better quality if service. Alot of improvement is needed here.

Flowers arrived on time for mother’s day but were wilted & rose petals were brown. They were completely dead 3 days later. My mother said they were rotting from the inside out like something was inside them eating them! I contacted serenata with my concerns and was told there was nothing they could do because I didn’t email them right away. Second time I have ordered flowers from here which have arrived this way, used to recommend them but not any more. In my mother’s words “don’t waste any more money buying from them”. Very disappointed in the flowers and even more so with the response I received. I will not be using this company anymore after being a customer for several years. Not all customers can get photos uploaded straight away to complain when something is wrong, especially not when it is an elderly woman who can’t work technology! Thanks for ruining mother’s day for my mum, and also for me knowing how disappointed she was with my gift. Photo is of flowers on arrival.

Flowers wilting when delivered and dead the following day. My mum lives in the UK and I live in NZ, so phone calls are difficult to time (especially when she is sick!) so she told me the following weekend by which time the flowers had been thrown out and she had not thought to take a photo. Serenata did nothing.

Offered a 15% discount for flowers ordered for MOTHERS DAY, but didn't deduct the 15% and the flowers were delivered on Friday instead of Sunday. contacted Serenata with my complaint, HEARD NOTHING BACK FROM THEM !!!!!!!AVOID!!!!!!!

I ordered flowers for my father in laws funeral which were delivered yesterday they arrived in a box which was all damaged the flowers inside a lot of flowers had all come out I had to put them back as best I could but because I didn’t take photos I can’t send the appropriate form on your website I have used this company before but never again it was a devastating day to start with you are a disgrace to deliver flowers in that state.

Flowers were dead when they arrived and had to be put in the bin the next day, tried contacting the number on page to complain directly however phone line goes dead after 5 minutes

Ordered 3 sets for mothers day, one set of flowers never come to life, emailed the company on Wednesday and they said it had missed the 3 day window to complain. Appalling service in that regard which is a shame as I was happy with the other sets that got delivered so the lesson to learn is if you are not happy on day 1 don't give the flowers a chance and phone and complain as that why it will be acknowledged and probably rectified my mistake was leaving it too long, so I would not recommend this company.

Very disappointed with the flowers, heads falling off and generally not very nice. Ordered for delivery on Saturday 10th finally delivered on 13th.. had two tickets on stating for delivery on Sat and Sun.. but finally arrived on Tuesday. Stepmum grateful but not happy..

Didnt get delivered to right address and when spoke to them I got told well you might not actually get a full refund they might just pay you some absolutely DO NOT ORDER FROM SERENATA FLOWERS

Mother's Day flowers not delivered Ordered two bunches of flowers for Mum and sister, to be delivered same address and same day. Only one was delivered (left in safe place). Customer services said the courier is adamant that the flowers were delivered and refused to do anything else.

Didn’t delivery on the day - only informed me they didn’t at 9:30pm in evening and then wouldn’t compensate for the inconvenience would only delivery late or refund (at ticket price) Totally unacceptable and non negotiable. I would avoid and stick with the names we all know and trust!

I thought the orchid that died was extremely poor to of only lasted 6 days to what they charge.I already posted it was a copmetion prize out of the sun news paper,so thought it was a freebie as such. I have since found out through westland horticulture that ran the competion they paid full price for it!!??. How can a company takes peoples money like this to give such poor goods and service.For some people the gifts they have messed up may be the last gift they buy their relative,how can the company have this on their hands. Just wondering if a staff member sent their relative flowers and they became damage or died,i bet they would get a complimentary one sent. Cant believe the company are aware I have contacted the sun news paper to inform them of what they promised and didn't do,yet they are still not bothered. Don't they care for their reputation?. My mum is the doctor of orchids,she has repaired and regrown loads before,not theirs it went beyond repair after 6 days. I understand the company wants to see photos,we did but they still brushed it off.this method is hard for the elderly to do who don't own technology and are away from relatives.
