I had flowers delivered before Xmas that were just left on the doorstep and the driver didn't knock. After complaining I was told they would contact their courier to make sure this didn't happen again. I stupidly ordered again for mother's day and the exact same thing happened again. The surprise us kinda ruined when you have to ring and ask your mother "did anything arrive?" "Check outside". I will never use these again, and after seeing more comments of the same thing happening to others, advise people to use somebody else too! Shambles of a flower delivery service!

The flowers were delivered to a neighbour, when I collected them they looked nothing like the photo, only contained 20 stems, the flowers were all dead, shrivelled and droopy. I put them in a vase for my mum and they looked so crap I decided to throw them in the bin!!! Very disappointing and embarrassing Mother’s Day bouquet!!!

Two dead flowers in bunch. Ordered balloon was not delivered . It was for mother’s day , very expensive did complain . Received email saying you needed photo of gift . It was for my 79 year old mother in law. She is unable to sent photo she does not have a computer , and we live a long way away. Have not heard back from them just the once, nothing since. Very disappointed.

I ordered the Bali High bouquet for my mother, and when I saw it, I was bitterly disappointed. They came strewn in a cardboard box and some of the buds had come off and were scattered in the box. The bouquet was so small, my mother had to place them not in a vase, but in a 3 inch wide small storage jar. Also, the writing on the card was so small, my mother couldn't read it. I paid £30 for this, and now wish I had just gone to my local supermarket and paid £20 for a far superior bunch of flowers.

Ordered a delivery for mothers day on the Wednesday before mothering Sunday for delivery on the Sunday...they didn't get delivered and the tracking did not work.

small and poor selection of flowers, delivered with no instructions. I am very very disappointed as all my past orders have been excellent from you. What went wrong? If I don't get compensation or a free replacement I will not be using you again.

The order I made did not go through and I did not recieve a confirmation email. I made a second order . Unfortunately there was a duplicate order . The company said this was my fault and would not cancel the duplicate order . Poor customer service . The delivery man said that he had multiple duplicate orders that day .

The bouquet that was delivered on 10/03/2018 was totally substandard. I complained only to be Told without photographs the complaint could not be taken any further.I did explain that my mother whom the bouquet was for is 82yrs old and doesn’t have the ability to take pictures and forward them.

Charged way more than they should have. refused to amend or edit the order even after i had only placed it less than 2 minutes ago. horrendous customer service. no one will give you a clear or straight answer or actually try to resolve the issue. They kept giving a pre-written excuse as to why they are unable to do anything to resolve the issue with my order. I contacted them immediately after placing the order when i realised that there was an issue with the order and apparently, according to them in that space of 1 minute they had assigned the order and already processed it and it was on its way at 8pm when i placed the order..... therefore they refuse to amend or refund it. This is basically a scam! As good as fraud!. what a load of time wasters! Seriously, do not bother trying to order from them, just don't. i will forever avoid them and warn everyone. All they care about is taking your money, refuse to help or give you value for money either. So save your time and go to any other website because this one is as good as a scam. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I am absolutely livid that you would send my Mum a card with a printed message that says 'no message left by customer'. I specifically noted that these were mother's day flowers and I didn't even click an option to have a card with the flowers, why on earth would you send one with a message like that on Mother's day. You could've put a standard 'Happy Mother's Day' or even leave it blank! But instead you take the time to print a card with a horrible message like that. I'm appalled! I will never order flowers from you again

While the delivery was on time, the condition of the flowers was totally unacceptable. The box must have been thrown about, as soon as it was opened, soil fell all over the floor. The plants were all over the place and damaged! Not impressed at all!

Flowers were a massive let down. My mum had to send pics of the flowers becuase she knew i would have spent a fair amount and when she got them was very disappointed at how they looked. This is just one pic of the half dead roses. I paid £50 for a deluxe bunch. It was Tesco bargain bucket at vert best. I sent pictures to customer service and said I'd like a new bunch sent out who told me this is the standard that they were happy with. Disgusting and feel very let down.

Flowers were ok but delivered late and courier did not ring bell/leave note or call subsequently flowers left outside overnight and when found were rain damaged

Flowers contained one dead Lilly and three hanging on by thier stems and did not see the day out. Spoilt the whole presentation of the bouquet. Dissapointed purchased and perhaps more importantly dissspointed 84 year old mum.

Shocking service - no delivery of flowers and unable to cancel order as it is 'assigned to production'. Its been assigned to production for 3 days! They admit they can't find a courier (2 days after they should have delivered), and now want me to wait for another 48 hours to re-deliver. Flowers were for Mothers Day so what is the point??? Just want to cancel and get a refund...... but not allowed to. This company stinks.

I paid for the upgraded flowers, the grandissmo but the flowers looked like the standard. The flowers I got were already wilting and going brown on the edges. The gift I paid for was not present. When I complained they refunded the price of the gift but no mention about the state of the flowers!
