Didn’t delivery on the day - only informed me they didn’t at 9:30pm in evening and then wouldn’t compensate for the inconvenience would only delivery late or refund (at ticket price) Totally unacceptable and non negotiable. I would avoid and stick with the names we all know and trust!

I thought the orchid that died was extremely poor to of only lasted 6 days to what they charge.I already posted it was a copmetion prize out of the sun news paper,so thought it was a freebie as such. I have since found out through westland horticulture that ran the competion they paid full price for it!!??. How can a company takes peoples money like this to give such poor goods and service. For some people the gifts they have messed up may be the last gift they buy their relative, how can the company have this on their hands. Just wondering if a staff member sent their relative flowers and they became damage or died,i bet they would get a complimentary one sent. Cant believe the company are aware I have contacted the sun news paper to inform them of what they promised and didn't do,yet they are still not bothered. Don't they care for their reputation?. My mum is the doctor of orchids, she has repaired and regrown loads before, not theirs it went beyond repair after 6 days. I understand the company wants to see photos,we did but they still brushed it off.this method is hard for the elderly to do who don't own technology and are away from relatives.

Ordered flowers in good time for Mother's Day, they were delivered badly damaged and in a very poor condition. The box was NOT padded to keep them in place during transit so when my mother received them, they were tipped upside down in the box and all over the place. Soil everywhere and the plants had separated.I was extremely upset as I live 400 miles away from my mother and this would have been a lovely surprise for my her. I emailed Serenata for a refund and re delivery, neither requests have been fulfilled -it has been 3 days and having sent a photo which clearly shows the flowers is a dire state, Serenata will not admit responsibility of lack of care taken when packaging the product to ensure the product arrives in a good condition. Extremely angry and frustrated. Certainly will not be ordering from this website again - I am still awaiting my refund.

I ordered twilight deluxe bouquet for mother’s dsy. It was delivered with a card saying sender did not leave a message but in fact I had left a message for my mum. That’s just the start. I visited mum today and am absolutely horrified st the poor condition and quality of the flowers that were delivered. Mum trimmed and cared for the flowers as pet instruction card. However the roses are wilting and drooling and the size of the flower heads look much smaller than in your display pic. They look like a sorry scabby bunch of flowers from a petrol station. I showed mum the picture and the price £29.98 and she was shocked! I am looking for an immediate refund so that I can buy my mum some nice flowers. I look forward to hearing from you. orchid died after 6 days.It was a completion prize in the sun news paper.I contacted customer care who said as we hadn't complained in 3 days (as per terms and conditions, they couldn't do anything). It died on day 6,expect them to last more then 6 days,at £29 99p.terms and conditions also say,if your unhappy, contact them so I did,to be told nothing they could do.poor customer care to say the least.

The flowers wernt received on the day they were suppose to be. The flowers recieved were a different colour than that ordered and after contacting them directly I was basically told that that's just the way it is, there was no communication to inform me that they wouldnt/ couldn't be delivered or that a substitution would be sent instead, considering I had spent £40 on flowers from this company for mothers day I am extremely disappointed and angry at their response, this company is highly unprofessional and conduct themselves in a Manor that is not acceptable - under no circumstances order from this company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They failed to deliver on Mother's Day then refused to refund saying the weather was too bad to deliver. In the South of France that whole weekend the weather was great, no rain, light wind and sunny. What a terrible company. Awful.

Both orders were very disappointing. Particularly the bouquet for my Mum, which were pretty much lifeless upon arrival. The bouquet for my partner lasted only two days. In regard to the cards that accompanied the flowers; frankly I could have produced better at home with my own laptop and printer. All in all a disappointing service considering the money spent in total and I wouldn't even award 1 star given the option.

Ordered £50-worth of Mother's Day flowers 2 weeks in advance. Got a "Dispatched" email at 9am on Mother's Day saying they'd arrive between 11:23am and 12:23am. That was the end of correspondence, the flowers never arrived. Serenata have no phone number, just an email address which will give you a response in 48 hours. I Tweeted, I Facebooked, I emailed, to no avail. The next day I got a very unhelpful reply on Facebook, saying the delivery was attempted at 11:45am, but they couldn't find the house. I was not notified that a delivery was attempted and failed. Serenata had my mobile number, home number, and email address. If they'd told me at 11:45 that no flowers would ever arrive on Mother's Day, I could have bought some new ones in time. I've been trying to dispute this for 2 days now, attempting to get my money back. Serenata tell me that it's my fault, telling me I gave them an incorrect address. I gave them the full, correct address used successfully by Royal Mail, Amazon, DPD, Hermes, and the bloody UK government. No flowers delivered on a day chosen 2 weeks in advance, and no refund. No customer service number, no response via email. Facebook Messenger crew useless and indignant to their own failures. At 10pm on Mother's Day I ordered a much bigger and grander (and cheaper) bouquet from a local, independent florist. I gave them the same address I'd given Serenata. At 9:30am the NEXT MORNING, the flowers had arrived. Never rely on Serenata, they do not care, and they won't refund you if your flowers don't arrive. £50 down the corporate drain.

They were sent to my mum on mother's day who's 300 miles away. She rang to say that 50% of the flowers were dead or brocken. The oasis was dry. Delivery driver left them on door step, did not knock as requested. Not a happy mother's day. After a nightmare complaining we finally had new flowers delivered yesterday, which were fine. Sorry but will never use Serenata flowers again.

My son sent mothers day flowers, first time using Serenata, always picks most expensive, Masses of twigs and leaves, dry as a bone , a few roses (open) a couple of lilies and some fresias. The worst selection of mothers day flowers we have ever had. Will not use again

These were ordered for Mother's Day and I was extremely disappointed with the display a lot of the flowers were dying and dropping and display was a mess, even the greenery was collapsing, I have bought better displays from a supermarket for less money.

I ordered two sets of flowers for Mothers Day, both supposed guaranteed by courier for the same day. One was delivered promptly first thing in the morning (however a little squashed on delivery) the other is still to be delivered with no response to my enquiry two days later.

I used Serenata Flowers to send a mothers day gift. The flowers arrived a day late (after I had chased the failure to deliver) and on arrival they were dried and wilted. I'm not impressed.
