“Very pleased with flowers and delivery. Unfortunately, the card in the box was very wet when delivered and the message was difficult to read because the font size was tiny compared with the size of the card!”

“The ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. I didn't actually see the bouquet but my friend sent a photograph and they looked lovely, she said she was very pleased with them so I'd probably order from you again. Thank you”

“Purely by coincidence I was on the phone to my friend wishing her 'Happy Anniversary' when she took delivery of the flowers I sent. She was absolutely thrilled at the 18 red roses that were delivered. This was a bit of a puzzle to me because I had ordered 12 yellow roses for her Golden Wedding Anniversary. The communication was excellent - an email when the flowers left for delivery & another to confirm they had been delivered. A very good service, I would use Serenata again.”

“This was the first time I had used Serenata Flowers, I had left it say late in the day to order for next day delivery and was limited for choice. Having read a mix of reviews decided I had little choice but to put my faith in them. I am pleased to say that they fulfilled my expectations. I regularly received email updates as to the progress of my order which arrived early morning of the day requested. I am pleased to say that on arrival they looked like the picture, the only downside to this being that I paid the extra for a bigger bunch and was glad I had as it looked exactly like the picture, if I had not paid the extra I may have been left feeling slightly underwhelmed”

“Ordering and paying online was easy. Chosen bouquet was delivered as promised next day. Good communication letting me know by email progress of order. Flowers were fresh and still looking good 5 days later. Suppose experience depends on what florists they use as partners but I can't complain.”

“Send two flowers late order, impressed flowers arrived as planned, mums were both very happy with them. Saw pics of both and overall happy. Just wished I could have ordered extras to go with I.e Mother's Day balloon/chocs.”

“Flowers were fine but driver just left them on doorstep did not ring bell or knock so I did not sign for them .My daughter told me they had been signed for but by who ?”
