“Great choice, I heard that the flowers were lovely from my friend, excellent communication with regards to delivery. I did not want to buy a card as I already had one to send but it was disappointing not to be able to give a few words to he recipient on a small gift card.”

“You can't beat Serenata for their flowers - they are stunning. I did have a problem with them finding the address of a new development and rather than ring/email to let me know, they just didn't deliver! However, after several emails back and forth they did resolve the matter at no extra cost to me. I would definitely recommend them and flowers have always reached me - think it was due to being a new Road. And to be fair they added two extra stems to the flowers for my friend.”

“The website was easy to use , flowers very reasonably priced & no local delivery charge. I placed my order in the late evening & the flowers were delivered by lunchtime next day - very good service !”
