“Flowers were nice but a very small boxof chocolates were delivered with them when i had ordered luxery prailin cakes. Left a message to let tgem know and it was ignored . Very disappointing”

“Delivered on the day requested, and tracking details sent to me. My friend was really excited about the flowers and hamper. She sent me a picture and it looked beautiful. My friend was really happy, and that made me happy.”

“Ordered an arrangement to arrive the day before an early funeral. They were sloppily tied and the petals turning brown. I would have done better to have bought a bunch from Lidl and arranged them myself. Won’t be using Serenata again. When I complained, they asked for photos - who gets a camera out at a funeral? Really bad taste!”

“The delivery was prompt. My sister contacted me to say the flowers were GORGEOUS but the vase was broken unfortunately. A new vase with more flowers were sent to her. I really appreciate that they looked after that in a timely and generous manner. I would order from them again. Wilma Johnson”

“The flowers were delivered very quickly - next day having ordered them at 6.30pm. The recipients were very happy with the flowers and I received emails telling me that they had been delivered. Very happy!”
