“The flowers that I had ordered were passed their best – they were going brown, decaying, dying. The feedback portal would not allow me to upload my complaint and photographs. Someone at serenata suggested I use Facebook. It asks would you like us to call you back?. However, it is only possible to communicate in writing. I finally managed to upload my photos and complain to Facebook and my money should be refunded.”

“My cousin who is in the hospital said the flowers were "stunning" My only regret and it may have been confusion on my part is that I purchased a vase with the assumption that the flowers would have been delivered and arranged in the vase. My cousin was laid up unable to move around and had to wait for a visitor to arrange the flowers. She was happy, I was disappointed. It should have been made more clear on web site that the vase was delivered separate from the flowers. The flowers were delivered the next day as promised.”

“Its difficult sendingflowers from australia to England Yes there are many florists but all add on a lot of money for delivery It was refreshing not to be charged on top of the cost of the bouquet My friends loved the beautiful fresh flowers and was delighted with the service”

“I was very impressed by Serenata flowers' willingness to get things right, even after a customer error. I sent flowers to a desperately ill friend, who is miles away from home, but the address I was given was incorrect. After an initial attempt at delivery failed. I subsequently, entered into a rapid fire e-mailed convo with their customer services using their on-line query system, at 8pm on a Sunday evening (And they were still actively responding to queries). Serenata were willing to arrange a change of address, even though the flowers were already in the hands of the courier. As a result, the flowers were successfully delivered the following day. That is going the extra mile to provide customer service.”
