“The flowers were lovely delivered with care in a box with lots of information how to care for them, my wife was so pleased she had a smile for hours. They were also delivered before time on the day I had chosen. Well done I would use Serenata Flowers again for sure”

“Easy to order on the website. Free delivery. I was kept informed by email of the order status and also confirmation of delivery. Sr Agatha was delighted with the floral arrangement. That's the important thing and I will recommend to friends and family.”

“Flowers were nice but a very small boxof chocolates were delivered with them when i had ordered luxery prailin cakes. Left a message to let tgem know and it was ignored . Very disappointing”

“Ordered an arrangement to arrive the day before an early funeral. They were sloppily tied and the petals turning brown. I would have done better to have bought a bunch from Lidl and arranged them myself. Won’t be using Serenata again. When I complained, they asked for photos - who gets a camera out at a funeral? Really bad taste!”

“The delivery was prompt. My sister contacted me to say the flowers were GORGEOUS but the vase was broken unfortunately. A new vase with more flowers were sent to her. I really appreciate that they looked after that in a timely and generous manner. I would order from them again. Wilma Johnson”

“The flowers were delivered very quickly - next day having ordered them at 6.30pm. The recipients were very happy with the flowers and I received emails telling me that they had been delivered. Very happy!”
