“I placed an order this morning for delivery today. They have not arrived and I am unable to get any answers from this company.”

“Great service, lovely plant. Only criticism was the, presumably, automated notification of delivery telling me that I’d probably get a phone call from the grateful recipient- this order was for a funeral so I would have had an enormous shock if the phone had rung!”

“Took over nine hours to deliver, in delivery van from 8-40am,to5-40.pm. Birthday nearly over, and I just got a thank you no oh there lovely, frightened to ask, Anything else!!! Most disappointed”

“I did think that there wasn't enough foliage in the bouquet and I did resent having to spend around £3 for a card to identify myself. In the past, at a walk in florist's, a little card wold be included free of charge. This is the second order I have made with you and today I saw the same bouquet on sale at £10 less. I found the delivery emails quite amusing but a little cloying also. ps”

“my daughter said the flowers were beautiful, they where delivered a day earlier than I had ordered which was great, but I did ask for them to be left with neighour if not in they where just left in porch, not good”

“Lovely flowers delivered promptly. Excellent communication... very stylish. I knew when the flowers were in transit, an hour slot for delivery and a final message when they had been delivered. Very impressed. Will definitely use again.”
