“Effortless ordering system, delivered on time by courteous driver. The flowers were for my Mother's birthday so I did not see them personally due to distance we live apart but my Mother described them as "really lovely" and also commented that it was a good job they included a vase as she had nothing suitable to put them in.”

“Paid for the largest assortment of flowers and the smallest version was sent , paid for a vase so the flowers could be arranged and the company never arranged the flowers ... all items i purchased where to cheer up family dealing with the loss of a loved one and i paid for extras for a crappy service .. will never order from here again”

“It was a special anniversary and the flowers did not get delivered and I was not notified of the issue so that I could put in place a contingency plan. When I raised the issue and asked for a refund I also asked not to be contacted again!!! Shocking service.”
