“I have ordered from Serenata a few times now and always been happy. However, the flowers I ordered this weekend for my sisters birthday were left on her doorstep in very cold weather (she was out overnight which I didn’t know when I sent them) subsequently the roses were not fresh and looked as though they were wilting. This was really disappointing as I had requested they be left with a neighbour if there was no answer.”

“I'm usually reluctant to order things on line but can honestly say that I am so happy with the service I received. Love the fact that you guys keep one updated via email as to the delivery of the parcel. My sister loved her hamper so much. Atleast I could make her birthday special even with me being miles away :-) Will definitely make use of your services again. Need to order gifts for my nephews in the near future.”

“Delivery was scheduled for 3rd Feb and still the flowers have not arrived. When tracking order it is frustrating that it gives you such little detail and you cannot ring the customer service team directly.”
