“I have used Serenata on a number of occasions. The flowers are always good value for money, albeit sometimes are smaller than what you expect when looking at the advertised pictures, but they arrive fresh and within allotted time scale. This time I chose flowers that were on special offer and upgraded to the next size. A good move as they were very impressive.”

“I ordered the "Aztec Sun" bouquet in the medium to be delivered to my best friend; however, I was not completely satisfied with the outcome. Firstly, the size that was shown on the screen was misleading and would of preferred to have fuller bunch of yellow and orange flowers. Secondly, you did not put any Areca palm leaves as displayed on the website; this was very disappointing as it alleviated the element of surprise and overall welcoming effect that I was going for. I wouldn't however give it any fewer stars as my friend was content; I feel that she was happy from my kind gesture rather than your service. I am sorry to say that I am now in two minds as to whether I would consider ordering anything from you in the future. I sincerely hope that you deliver what is promised in future.”

“Excellent website with lots of choice. I have used them twice and each time the flowers were delivered when they should have been and the recipients were delighted with the quality and quantity of flowers I ordered.”

“The flowers were left on the door step with no card attached! The card I selected also cost an additional £2.99. The person had to call to find out who the flowers were from. Very disappointed!”

“The box was crushed, one rose was dead and for the amount I paid I expected a lot more flowers than that. As for the card with what I'd told you to write, it was that flimsy and thin it wouldn't even stand up on its own. So many thanks for the disappointment!”

“Bought these flowers for my niece as a thank you for organising a holiday for myself and my two sisters. They were delivered to her school (she is a teacher) on time, and they are lovely, she sent me a picture. Very happy and would use Serenata again.”
