“flowers arrived and looked lovely however I paid for the extra stems and they looked like the basic stems, but was still happy with the flowers. The delivery is very good got an email with time of expected arrival. Only downside is 1 day later after following care guidelines the flowers are drooping badly and don't look good at all, this could be due to the cold weather so maybe some more tips on flower care in the winter would be better than just water and flower food.”

“Had a messaged to say refused by address, when they weren’t. Then had no direct reply on email as there’s no telephone number. Flowers arrived a date late and there was no apology or correspondence, just an email to say had been delivered.”

“The delivery was totally hassle free. I ordered late in the day on Saturday for a delivery on Sunday, and to be honest, I wasn't hopeful of the delivery being successful with such short lead time. I was very wrong and the delivery was safely with the recipient on the Sunday as requested. The bouquet is gorgeous and loads of the flowers are still in bud, right on the verge of blooming.”

“Flowers delivered in time for a birthday. I ordered the Aztec Sun, deluxe, first reaction, disappointed with the amount of flowers in the bunch which looked very minimal and looked more like a standard bunch rather than a delux 🙁.”
