“The quality of the bouquet's are excellent however the email notifications for funeral flowers are rather inappropriate.”

“Bought these flowers for my niece as a thank you for organising a holiday for myself and my two sisters. They were delivered to her school (she is a teacher) on time, and they are lovely, she sent me a picture. Very happy and would use Serenata again.”

“I particularly wanted yellow flowers so ordered a display called Aztec Sun that as shown on the web site were predominantly that colour. I was disappointed to see that the flowers delivered were a burnt orange colour, not at all similar to the image. Furthermore some of the blooms appeared to be wilting even on the day of delivery. Quite disappointed. Ordering was easy and it was nice to be kept informed about the delivery arrangements.”

“Excellent value, complimentary postage, fantastic tracking service informing us of dispatch and delivery and delivered on time, so when ordering from Australia for UK delivery complete peace of mind!! Grandma was very happy with the quality work f the flowers!! Highly recommend Serenata Flowers!!”

“flowers arrived and looked lovely however I paid for the extra stems and they looked like the basic stems, but was still happy with the flowers. The delivery is very good got an email with time of expected arrival. Only downside is 1 day later after following care guidelines the flowers are drooping badly and don't look good at all, this could be due to the cold weather so maybe some more tips on flower care in the winter would be better than just water and flower food.”
