“Excellent ordered late in evening the flowers we still delivered the next day with a card and teddy bear for my granddaughter returning from hospital I will certainly use again beautiful basket of flowers”

“Delighted with the service and although I haven't seen the flowers that were delivered 2 days ago on my behalf, the service was amazing. I was particularly impressed with the emails that advised me when the flowers were on route and then again to let me know they had been delivered, but worded in such a delightful and professional way. I would add that I was on the receiving end of a bouquet from Serenata flowers in early January and was so very pleased with my lovely flowers! Thank you so much!”

“Delivery quick. Not the best quality of flowers. The roses were near dead and the wrapping it came in was pretty bad! Will use another company next time”

“I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and quality of the flowers and the fact that they were affordable as well. The emails sent to me were humorous and kept me informed and I love the service. The receipicent of the flowers was very pleased as well, I will definitely be ordering fro Serenata again.”

“Great service, lovely plant. Only criticism was the, presumably, automated notification of delivery telling me that I’d probably get a phone call from the grateful recipient- this order was for a funeral so I would have had an enormous shock if the phone had rung!”

“Took over nine hours to deliver, in delivery van from 8-40am,to5-40.pm. Birthday nearly over, and I just got a thank you no oh there lovely, frightened to ask, Anything else!!! Most disappointed”
