“Left outside the door. Without giving to the neighbour as requested. Flowers were in bad condition. Less flowers were sent”

“ordering and delivery were ok, they arrived on time, the most important bit, ie the flowers were disappointing. Honestly felt I would have been better going to a florist and handing the flowers personally to my wife, instead of giving her a surprise by having them delivered to the hotel where we were celebrating her birthday. Suffice to say she said it wasn't the gift but the thought that counted !!! Say's it all.”

“Disappointed. The flowers I ordered were for a family with a new baby. I chose this company because they used couriers rather than the post, and I did not want my flowers sat in a sorting office over the weekend. The flowers were lovely but a 9.30pm delivery was very late !!”

“The flowers were beautiful and also the cake. They were a gift for my sisters 60th Birthday, I am delighted that they were delivered on her special day and she was thrilled with them. I love the website it is so easy to use and has so many beautiful choices, I have saved the link as I will be using Serenta Flowers from now on”

“Effortless ordering system, delivered on time by courteous driver. The flowers were for my Mother's birthday so I did not see them personally due to distance we live apart but my Mother described them as "really lovely" and also commented that it was a good job they included a vase as she had nothing suitable to put them in.”
