“Courier did not ring my friends bell, she lives in a flat on the 3rd floor, they did not even go up there, just dumped the flowers in the main downstairs porch. I had to spoil the surprise and ask my friend to look around the building to see where they were. This was supposed to be a gesture to cheer my friend up as she has had a bad couple of weeks, and thanks to your couriers it was completely ruined. Also the flowers could have been stolen. Very bad servce”

“Paid for flowers to be delivered and when they didn’t arrive I emailed only to be told they’d sent an email (I never received) saying they couldn’t find a local supplier to deliver them. I missed a very special occasion.”

“Ordered flowers on Sunday to be delivered Monday. Received DPD email to say would be delivered 2.49pm and 3.49pm. By 6pm nothing arrived, emailed customer service to be told they were on there way but they did have till 9pm to deliver them it's in the terms. The terms say usually 8 till 6 but can be up to 9pm at busy periods like Mothers Day. I would be surprised to consider a Monday in January a busy period. When I emailed back to say they were being delivered to a work address and why send me an email with a delivery time of 2.49 - 3.49 and then nothing. The reply was there was a delay but no one had told me. I then asked what would happen to my delivery if no one was there to receive it. I didn't get a reply to this. So all in all I will stick with Interflora next time.”

“It was very easy to order the flowers and great that they could deliver them the next day which was a Sunday. I got regular updates and they were delivered when expected. They looked beautiful when they arrived. Thank you.”
