“I ordered flowers for my sister, but the delivery driver didn't wait for her to answer the door. It wasn't until I phoned her much later in the day that she said she found a card saying delivery left in porch, but she doesn't have a porch so had to hunt around for them. She found them eventually in next doors porch, not so much as a surprise delivery than a treasure hunt....”

“I placed an order for an anniversary date on a Sunday so specifically chose somewhere that offered Sunday delivery. However, the flowers did not arrive on the Sunday and when I contacted them the next day I was told that the bouquet I'd ordered was out of stock. They said an email had been sent but I hadn't received one and I had checked my junk folder etc. They did offer either a full refund or replacement purchase but I guess the main issue was that I shouldn't have been able to buy something that was out of stock - the whole point was that they were delivered on the anniversary date. I also thought the fact that I still went ahead with a replacement order might have prompted an offer of some sort of discount, but no. It's a real shame, as the website, choice of flowers, ordering process, emails etc are really good. But you've just got to get the main availability and delivery bits right.”

“They deliver on a Sunday free of charge. They offer a brilliant selection of cards to accompany the flowers so everything can be sent together. I had regular updates of when the flowers were dispatched and had arrived. There was also great options of where the flowers can be left if the recipient is not in.”

“I paid extra and purchased the largest bouquet. However, the number of stems wasn’t worth the extra value. Also, the packing was similar to low end supermarket flowers. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend based on this.”

“Unfortunately my flowers for a funeral were not delivered on time. I ordered for a Sat a pre Noon, for a funeral on the Monday morning. I specifically stated where to leave them as most funeral homes are not open at weekends (and the funeral home was expecting a drop to their back door). The first I knew was the funeral home letting me know on the Monday morning that they had not been delivered. Then to try to find a number to call Serenata, and there is no contact tel on their website ! Only a website form. How frustrating that when you need to contact them urgently there is no number. Anyway seeing other reviews on trust pilot, it looks like Serenata has a problem delivering flowers on time for funerals. They did respond to my angry email within the hour with a refund, and also chauffeured the flowers to the funeral home. With the funeral at 11:30 am, they just made it in the end. The things is, if the funeral was earlier they wouldn't have made it. And if I hadn't have contacted them, they definitely would not have made it either. Such a shame because they were nice flowers. And a stress you don't need on such a horrible day.”

“I had flowers sent to my Mum for her birthday. The online ordering was easy and the delivery was punctual. My mum said the flowers were a teeny bit droopy upon arrival, but after a fresh stem cut and a vase of water, they looked great. The lilies opened a day or two later and filled the room with their perfume. My Mum was very pleased with the bouquet. I wish there had been a better selection of cards.”

“Serenata flowers saved my life. I ordered flowers through direct florists and on the day I needed them delivered they contacted me to say no one was willing to deliver the flowers as the recipient lived too far out in the woods. Totally panicking, I tried Serenata flowers and not only did they accept my order, they delivered it the very next day. So my birthday gift was only a day late. Awesome.”
