“The flowers I ordered arrived promptly - and it was excellent to have a tracking facility as I was sending them from Birmingham to Wales - and the person receiving them said that they were beautiful. Well done, Serenata Flowers, I'll use you again”

“The flowers were delivered on the expected date. Flowers brilliant and in good condition to my husband but he did not like the taste if the cake, was not like what I expect , otherwise I recommend the serenata flowers.”

“my friend that you delivered to lives in a block, i was there all day waiting for your delivery but they never rang her door bell, they left them with the caretaker. so she had to go and collect them. i thought that was not good but apart from that the flowers were wonderful.”

“Delivered on the day as requested. My friend said they were lovely. The only thing is that I did not order a card yet I got charged for one? I did not tick the card box, I note another review also said the same?”

“Apparently they were lovely. The recipientwas very pleased so I was too. They were value for money. But they were delivered a bit late in the day. P'haps paying for an early delivery slot might be the answer but its a bit pricey.”

“flowers arrived and looked lovely however I paid for the extra stems and they looked like the basic stems, but was still happy with the flowers. The delivery is very good got an email with time of expected arrival. Only downside is 1 day later after following care guidelines the flowers are drooping badly and don't look good at all, this could be due to the cold weather so maybe some more tips on flower care in the winter would be better than just water and flower food.”
