“I sent two separate bouquets over three days and both my aunt and my daughter were delighted. I appreciated being kept up to date regarding delivery and the flowers were as described and well packed. Will use Serenata again.”

“Good service as on the day delivery was required. Emails kept me updated and the florist called to query delivery address which I was pleased about. Would recommend this site and would use again!”

“Free Delivery time option is too way long time of waiting 612 pm to 712 pm and i only found out the time of delivery after order confirmation, the delivery time happened as expected but i have to wait before we go out for a meal which is really a bad time! I understand that i need to add extra for specific delivery time option but i just tried my luck because im sure you care for special occasions like anniversaries that i hope the deliveries happened at least early hours of the day not after 6pm, anyway it's my fault yet i did not see the consideration of how you made delivery times still not very happy though your flowers is good, its my first order experience. Anyway Thanks You!”

“Ordered on the website at 21:50 the day before I needed delievery, it saved my bacon! The flowers turned up around midday the next day and the quality was outstanding. My girlfriend was very pleased and happy with the flowers. This service provides an extended arm when you are miles apart from the one you love. Will use again.”
