“Said they tried to deliver on Saturday but no one was in so posted a card. We was in all day and no card was posted. Contacting them was a nightmare as they have no telephone number it’s all done by email. Refused to cancel order and refund. Didn’t deliver again until Monday by which my mothers bday had been and gone and the flowers had wilted. Never ever again will I use this company!”

“Recently using the service I only have positives to talk about. Straight after accidentally adding another incorrect card, I was provided a refund. The delivery of flowers was accurate as per timing stated. Thank you so much for all your help :)”

“I ordered the aztec bunch, the lillies are OK as they are in bud, but the roses were in full bloom when delivered, very pretty but very wilted after just 24hrs 😔 😢”

“Horrendous. My sister is still waiting for her 50th birthday bouquet and balloon. Was supposed to be delivered on 3rd March. 5th March today and she's still waiting. Flowers will be dead and balloon deflated.If they EVER arrive!!! Would NEVER recommend. Worst experience from any online business ever.”

“I sent my wife a dozen red roses for Valentines Day and they turned up in a box pretty much dead. My wife was so embarrassed she hid the flowers under her desk before any of her colleagues saw them. Not the sort of reaction i was hoping for!!!”

“5 days later and still waiting for delivery. Have emailed Serenata to find out where my order is and was just provided with a tracking number to follow through Yodel! I'm sure brown dead flowers will be a great belated Birthday surprise for my Auntie!”

“Ordering was easy online with fabulous choices available plus I got a discount through voucher codes too which was a bonus! My friend was over the moon with her surprise get well delivery of flowers, vase, chocolates, teddy bear and planted rose and it was great value for money with free next day delivery too. I had an email saying it had been despatched and another one later saying it had been delivered too which was brilliant! My only complaint and why I didn't give 5 stars was because the box of goodies was left on her doorstep with no card even put through the door to say it had been delivered. The courier knocked but as my colleague was in bed poorly she didn't answer the door in time and when she got to the door she found the box left on her doorstep. My concern here is that it could have been taken by a passer by as it was just left in the open With no proof to say it was delivered. Luckily it wasn't on the doorstep for too long but had my friend been out at the doctors then it might have got stolen, you can't trust anyone these days! Thankfully she got them and she loved them, the parcel made her day!”

“ordered flowers for my brother's funeral, they arrived on the day of the funeral after the funeral service finished and not the day before as I was led to believe. What is the point of delivering funeral flowers after the funeral? So the flowers were sent back and the company are refusing to give me a full refund. I have found the whole experience very distressing at a very sad time. Would never recommend serenataflowers.com to anyone.”
