“I was slightly disappointed that these flowers, for Mother’s Day, were delivered at 3pm, quite late in the day. Fully appreciate this would be a busy day, and that no time was quoted but other florists I have used in the past have always delivered by midday. I’m sure the flowers were beautiful, just a shame about the late delivery.”

“They were flowers for my Mum on Mothers Day. The last few years I have used Next (where the flowers had been tipped over so soil was every where) The flowers were lovely according to my Mum. If she is happy then they must be good.”

“I had flowers delivered before Xmas that were just left on the doorstep and the driver didn't knock. After complaining I was told they would contact their courier to make sure this didn't happen again. I stupidly ordered again for mother's day and the exact same thing happened again. The surprise us kinda ruined when you have to ring and ask your mother "did anything arrive?" "Check outside". I will never use these again, and after seeing more comments of the same thing happening to others, advise people to use somebody else too! Shambles of a flower delivery service!”

“The flowers were delivered to a neighbour, when I collected them they looked nothing like the photo, only contained 20 stems, the flowers were all dead, shrivelled and droopy. I put them in a vase for my mum and they looked so crap I decided to throw them in the bin!!! Very disappointing and embarrassing Mother’s Day bouquet!!!”

“Courier driver banged on door then ran away leaving them on the front step instead of securely placed area mentioned when ordering. Then when opened some of the flowers were brown around the edges which tainted the look. Looked as though they were on their way out. I binned them and bought some flowers to replace”

“Thought I would try this company out this Mothers days as my usually company were unable to deliver for when I needed. Flowers arrived well packed on the day requested although do not resemble the product I ordered. Also the man who delivered the product to my mum knocked the door and walked away leaving them for anyone to take!! Luckily my mum was in to receive them otherwise anyone could have gone off with them. When she opened the door the delivery man then ran back to hand them over without an apology. Totally rude considering this was a mothers day gift which i spent over £25 on! Although she liked the flowers and they look/smell rather nice, I will not be using this company again and will continue to use my usually flower delivery company for now one.”

“Considering it was mother's day I was really pleased with the speed of the delivery (ordered the previous day). Unfortunately the roses seemed to be of poor quality and the petals were already starting to brown. The rest of the flowers survived the journey thankfully. The website is really easy to follow and the delivery was swift. Only downside was the roses.”
