“We live in Canada. My husband's family is all in the U.K. Serenata Flowers, are my go to for Flowers, gifts . Love that they are reasonably priced in all their product's. The Free delivery, is always tracked , your notification of delivery is emailed. Always have happy recipients. Thank you. Trust them with your order you won't be disappointed.”

“I used Serenata Flowers to send a mothers day gift. The flowers arrived a day late (after I had chased the failure to deliver) and on arrival they were dried and wilted. I'm not impressed.”

“I have used Serenata Flowers twice now. Even though last minute they have been superb. Love the emails updating you. You are treated like a human being ! Always make me smile ! Well done. Will not use anyone else. I know you're going to deliver on time. And flowers are fresh . My in laws live miles away and it's good I can depend on Serenata ! Thank You”

“I Have used this service to send flowers & other gifts to my family on special occasions for about 3 years. For the last 3 years running, there has been a delivery issue with getting the items to my mother's property. The property is on down a small path offset from the main road. There is no way to specify this in the delivery instructions. At present, your 'special delivery instructions' field is a drop-down list of limited choices. This problem could be solved if you provided a Free-text field to enter special delivery instructions, or an 'Address 2' line.”
