“Courier driver banged on door then ran away leaving them on the front step instead of securely placed area mentioned when ordering. Then when opened some of the flowers were brown around the edges which tainted the look. Looked as though they were on their way out. I binned them and bought some flowers to replace”

“Thought I would try this company out this Mothers days as my usually company were unable to deliver for when I needed. Flowers arrived well packed on the day requested although do not resemble the product I ordered. Also the man who delivered the product to my mum knocked the door and walked away leaving them for anyone to take!! Luckily my mum was in to receive them otherwise anyone could have gone off with them. When she opened the door the delivery man then ran back to hand them over without an apology. Totally rude considering this was a mothers day gift which i spent over £25 on! Although she liked the flowers and they look/smell rather nice, I will not be using this company again and will continue to use my usually flower delivery company for now one.”

“Considering it was mother's day I was really pleased with the speed of the delivery (ordered the previous day). Unfortunately the roses seemed to be of poor quality and the petals were already starting to brown. The rest of the flowers survived the journey thankfully. The website is really easy to follow and the delivery was swift. Only downside was the roses.”

“Two dead flowers in bunch. Ordered balloon was not delivered . It was for mother’s day , very expensive did complain . Received email saying you needed photo of gift . It was for my 79 year old mother in law. She is unable to sent photo she does not have a computer , and we live a long way away. Have not heard back from them just the once, nothing since. Very disappointed.”

“It feels like such a personal service! I always know where my orders are when when they’ve been delivered. And they always arrive beautifully wrapped and ready to bloom. The flowers last ages too instead of the cheap ones that die the next day. I will always use serenata!”

“I ordered some flowers for my mum and she is extremely happy with the bouquet nd how well wrapped and how fresh they are. The only thing I would be negative about is I emailed to ask for delivery after 1 pm and they were delivered at 10,35 and my mum was out.”
