You failed to complete and as yet have failed to acknowledge that I had to cancel and rebook elsewhere. I am still waiting for your acknowledgement and refund.You let me down.

Started off very well. Received confirmation of order and email on the day of delivery to say the flowers were with courier, however, the flowers never arrived and ruined a birthday surprise for my Father's birthday. Although they offered to redeliver another bouquet, this was 2 days after the event so I turned this down and asked for a refund. They have agreed to this but advised it can take up to 4 days. Disappointment does not cover it.

3 of the flowers were about dead and the others are wilting after just a couple of days very disappointed

The flowers were dead and droopy when they arrived. They were not worth the money spent and we will not be using Serenata again.

I ordered these flowers whilst away they were for a friend who was recently lost her husband on a significant anniversary. I therefor did not see the flowers, however rather than be delivered in bud as promised the flowers were past there best when delivered and discarded after a couple of days. When I went to the customer services page to complain it informs me that in order to get any redress I must provide photographic evidence. This is clearly ridiculous given the service this company is providing: 1.People generally buy flowers for others. 2.The gift is to be delivered remotely 3. People will not usually complain about another's gift 4.As in this case the recipient will usually have higher priorities I Emailed the company ( I had not kept the order no but they still had my delivery address and email address quoted) and have given them ample time to respond before posting a review. So my conclusion is that they don't value their customers or their level of service best give them a miss

I accept that I gave wrong street no. Which I had obtained from internet, ( 27 instead of 21) and so flowers were delivered to hairdresser instead. However as the flowers were addressed to the funeral parlour which was only 5 doors away, I would have thought that it would have been obvious to your driver that that was where the flowers should have been delivered. The upshot was that we were not represented with a floral tribute which I found very distressing, and I will not use your services again .

The gifts I ordered were for my mothers birthday, I ordered a card, balloon, cake and bouquet as I'm abroad and unable to celebrate with her. They weren't delivered on the day as courier couldn't find address, which was the right address. Therefore the gifts were delivered two days after the fact, hence the token lost all meaning and value. I was not offered any recompense, refund or a single stem for the delay in delivery or emotional damage done, seeing as my mother thought I'd forgotten her birthday.

I have no idea what the flowers looked like as they were never actually delivered! And no update on delivery either! So disappointed. After a few emails they apologised and offered redelivery or full refund and seeing as the moment had passed i asked for refund which they gave me, no problem. Such a shame though..

Wilting flower Cheap cellophane No ribbons or bows No card I was too embarrassed to give them as a thank you. I expected much more for my £35. I am happy for you to contact me to discuss.

Majorly dissapointed with these, moved my usual trust from the leading brand to yourselves and couldn't have made bigger mistake, more expensive and actual product dreadful. Surprising thing was I know the florist who delivered the bouquet and from experience they are great, I can only presume you have a pay them sod all contract which reflects in the end product be sub standard, shame the card shows them as supplier and not your web site. Lesson learned never again.

I ordered flowers for my wife birthday, they lasted less than one week and because I complained on the 8th day, this was not upheld due to your policy of 7 days. Those flowers I would have reasonably expected to last two weeks we total rubbish, it would appear you reasonably expect them to last 7 days only with your policy. Shocking. I have complained and you were very sorry but I am appalled as your product is clearly not for for purpose.

Ruined Golden Anniversary gift... If you do choose to order from this company be sure to check with whoever you send them too that everything is ok within the week because if you don’t let SerenataFlowers know within 7 days they couldn’t care less! I sent the Roses and Freesia bouquet to my parents for their Golden Wedding Anniversary, went for the £49.99 option as wanted it to be as special as possible. What an utter waste of money that only disappointed me and upset my parents. The Roses arrived with brown edges but I didn’t worry as the SerenataFlowers website does say this is normal – don’t trust that advice you're just cutting into your 7 days to make any comments. Stupidly I told my parents is was normal and not to worry, what I didn’t do is give them a copy of the terms and conditions so they didn’t know they were running out of time to let me know the flowers were getting worse. Speaking to my parents a week on from their anniversary they told me the flowers had become browner, never bloomed and the heads had dropped off several of the roses – all in under a week! I contacted SerenataFlowers to let them know and all they did was quote their T&C's to me, as if the quality of the product wasn’t bad enough their customer care is shocking. I honesty wish I had gone to my local supermarket for flowers, I could have bought a lot more flowers and I know they would have bloomed and lasted longer. Its heart breaking when you try to do something special and have it ruined, I can't get back my parents special day. Needless to say I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

The flowers were not delivered. I may have given the wrong address but the one I gave did not excist even though the company did. When I asked what happened I got told the flowers were delivered but have since found out they were not after talking to several people that the driver tried to deliver to they said he took the flowers back.but I received a mail to say delivered,so how did that happen, I am still waiting to hear but have been told the flowers can be redelivered for 50% cost which I think is very poor service when I was told they had been delivered. I admit I got the postcode wrong but the name of the company that the delivery person had was correct so why did he not ask. You had my mobile.. Frustrated and disappointed ..
