Unable to deliver after accepting my order and payment. I was only notified by email, no apology telephone call. I was then advised my refund may take up to 5 days. Shocking service. My first and last experience with Serenata Flowers.

Do not, I repeat not, buy flowers from SERANATA. Mine were dead on arrival and despite numerous attempts have been unable to contact them

I ordered and paid extra to have same day flowers delivered. I kept checking the tracking all day and it kept saying 'flowers being put together'. It wasn't until 24 hours later that the flowers were delivered and when challenged the company said that they had attempted delivery twice the first day with no response - not possible as the flowers were to someone living in a small flat with no possibility of not hearing the door and who received 7 other parcels that day! DO NOT USE

The flowers were great but unfortunately I accidentally ordered them twice and had know way of cancelling them. The website is a bit confusing and I tried to change the order slightly. There was no way to cancel one of the orders and I received two automated replies saying my they had both already gone to delivery. I realised as soon as I had clicked on the wrong button, what I had done. They insisted I could not cancel as it was less than 24 hours before delivery! I felt this was very bad service and I will not use this website again.

Orderering easy ,delivery good , flowers have all but died after 3 days I thought they would last a bit longer , will not use again !

The flowers that i ordered for my girlfriend's birthday were old. It was a bouquet from 45 pound and some of the flowers were brown on arrival. Others died after one day. Also i think the bouquet was too small for the money. Serenata flowers did deal with the complaint and have Promiss a refund but it ruïned my surprise. Sorry Serenata flowers i dont know where those flowers came from but If i were you i wouldnt order from that supplier again.

The Flowers were deliverd okay but the standard was below my expectations and started show signs of deterioration after a couple of days even though we followed the instructions sent with the flowers. So all in all very dissapointing bearing in mind the cost.

Flowers were not as picture, petals falling off just after delivery. Chose to have more flowers sent rather than refund, to be delivered on Saturday. Still no flowers and it is Monday!!

This company is a disgrace. The flowers were for a Birthday to be sent to a workplace, but weren't delivered on the day, reportedly 'unable to deliver'. They were delivered the following day and what a disappointment. Many petals had already fallen off and the rest were turning brown. Never seen such a poor bunch of flowers. I just wonder how fresh they were. Needless to say, I will never use the company again, and will spread the word about what a sham they are.

Awful condition sent pictures over told they are fine . But they are brown and dead in 2 days will never waste my hard earned cash with this company again

No option to pick 0 stars. Ordered sameday flowers. Never arrived. Emailed the next day. Told at 1pm (24hours after order placed) that they dont deliver there.

I have customed serenata for many years. Previous custom from Serenata resulted in delayed delivery. I decided to give it another chance as I was provided with an acceptable explaination. This custom was worse than before. Not only that Serenata did not honour their Flower Policy where they would provide a full refund if it were not delivered in time, but I have also noticed that they have removed the policy from their web page. Even though the customer service team replies very promptly, none of them can provide a solution. I ended up repeating myself many times regarding the same issue. And there was no solution provided. I once thought that Serenata would be an excellent solution for those living overseas ordering and sending flowers to their loved ones in the UK. Sadly, it is far from the truth. What was meant to be a surprise delivery ended up with me asking the recipient to stay at home the whole day for nothing. Considering that there are other options with much better customer services out there such as Amazon, I would advise on thinking twice before customing Serenata again.

Flowers were very poor quality and the petals of the flowers were Browning on the edges at delivery. When I contacted customer services, I was robbed off with a generic response, which did not even relate to the message I had sent. Thoroughly disappointed and would never buy from them again; in fact I will in all likelihood a lovely discourage people from using serenata flowers.
