Flowers were left outside in the rain on the door step. Delivered on Tuesday afternoon and on Wednesday afternoon most of the roses were dead.

""we are disabled and asked for a patient delivery they wasn't patient and left flowers on doorstep in view of everyone and anyone the problem is we have had things taken off the doorstep before and this is why we insisted on the patient option turns it its a farce so with this in mind probably wont ever use your service again,what happened they rang door bell and then left by the time i got to the door no one was around so we was lucky this time

""ordered flowers on a sunday for next day delivery. Next day late afternoon get an email to say that the flowers would be out the next day. The next day (the day after the special occasion had been and gone) I get a second email to say the flowers had now disappeared and wouldn't be sent till the next day. At which point I cancelled the delivery and had to go elsewhere. I wont ever use their service again.

Arrived the right day that was good. Very disappointed with flowers. For the money I would have expected more blooms. I would have got more blooms if I'd gone to a supermarket and they would have been cheaper.

Not arrived on the day required. Not only that but badly damaged and not even the flowers shown. Correspondence swift and did get total refund but had to ask and wouldn't use them again.

"I ordered a my girlfriend a bouquet for our anniversary and paid for an early morning delivery as we were busy throughout the day. After paying £10 to ensure delivery before 10.30 I was disappointed to be leaving the house at 10.45 without any sign of a delivery van. To add insult to injury on our special day I was told by the customer service team that my girlfriend had apparently signed for the flowers at 10.27, a clear fraud to cover up either their mistake or the couriers. When we returned home late in the evening we were expecting a failed delivery note or the flowers to be handed over by a neighbor, neither of these happened. It turns out they had seen someone trying to make a delivery at 16.00 in the afternoon. I was told I would have to wait for an investigation to take place before any refund could be issued. The next morning at 10.20 the delivery was attempted again, obviously I refused this as our anniversary had passed and this situation had already left us with a bitter taste. Only after telling the customer service team of this attempted delivery did I get offered my refund. Got to wonder how we signed for a delivery we hadn't had, conveniently before the cut off time. A refund was the very least that I would expect for such a blatant failure on a special occasion and the very least is what I got.

Flowers was not anything like the photos. They were delivered in a card board box. Very romantic!! Note on the delivery ticket to knock hard. I found the box laying on my door step. Flowers look like they have Seen better days. Apart from that ok.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriends work was not delivered on time. Was apparently delivered a few hours late which they was not. When I complained was told would have to wait to hear what the courier did with the flowers to see what happens.... still waiting for a reply will never order from this site again.

When the flowers where delivered they where in a box and they where half dead the edges of the flowers where dead they where not up to standard at all. I believe flowers should be hand delivered and not in a box to dry out.

Flowers delivered apparently twice to the wrong address although full address had been given, the company were great to issue my refund back when requested but it made a lovely gesture in a very upsetting time very stressful

Ordered Flowers for anniversary delivered flowers to wrong address only got flowers two days late after I walk a mile looking for them knocking on peoples doors they had my phone number all they had to was ring if they could not find me poor communication between courier and serenata flowers.

Do not use this company. I ordered flowers for my brother & sister in laws 50th Anniversary. When they arrived they were broken and in a complete state. I accept this may have been the fault of the courier but I emailed Serenata giving them a chance to rectify the position. A week later I received an email saying they do not monitor their site and could I send them a photo of the delivery. Being 250 miles away and a week later, no I could not. Extremely disappointing, I appreciate things can go wrong, but I would expect in such cases prompt action to rectify. For their 75th Anniversary I will definitely use someone else

The actual service and delivery was as you advertise, but I am afraid the ' pink blooms basket' display was appalling. My son sent me a photo which I think he sent you also and it looked like they had been tipped out and then just thrown back in again. He contacted you and was promptly sent a replacement but this one was not much better. When your son and partner have their first child and you happen to live on the other side of world you want something special. Sorry to say this was not.
