The flowers are nothing like the ones that I ordered.

I bought my girlfriend some roses from you and when they came they wasn't really fresh as with in a day they started to wilt and die. But a single roses came with it and that seems to be lasting for better and longer .I'm not impressed with this

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!. Flowers arrived at my granny's half dead and brown hardly any petals left! Contacted customer service and she had a disgusting attitude and said they was nothing wrong tithe the flowers ??

I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to anyone. Like many of the other reviewers on here, the flowers I ordered were not delivered and I was not informed about it. A full two days after the planned delivery date the flowers were still nowhere to be seen so I reached out to Serenata myself and was told that the delivery had not been completed due to confusion over the address. I asked why I had not been called to confirm the address during the supposed confusion and was told they do not pass on customer contact numbers to their couriers, despite requesting them at the order stage. I asked why I had not been informed about the missed delivery at all and they told me it was because they had so many failed deliveries that they are not able to communicate missed deliveries within an appropriate timeframe. After much back and forth, they eventually offered to redeliver the flowers on the condition that I paid 50% of the original price, and not guaranteeing the quality of the flowers (since they had been sat in a depot for two days). I declined on the basis that I had already wasted enough money on them, and obviously having no intention of surprising my recipient with old and wilted flowers anyway. It seems to me that there are two components to running a flower delivery business: arranging nice flowers and delivering them. I couldn't comment on the quality of the flowers since they have not materialised but the company appear to be incapable of organising simple deliveries so in my view they are a complete waste of time. My advise to anyone thinking of ordering flowers from Serenata is to instead go outside and put your money straight down the drain. This will save you time and hassle and the end result will be the same - you will be poorer and with no more flowers than when you started.

The flowers delivered ( left on porch and discovered a day later!) were nothing like the image pictured on the website. After corresponding and chasing up Serenata, they came back and said they are happy with the quality of the flowers sent! Well if that's their view on what counts as good quality, I'd save your money and go elsewhere. Really disappointed with their response.

I placed an order. I entered my mother address. Some how the address was changed, therefore the flowers were not delivered. Unaware of why my delivery had not been completed, I followed it up with the company. Once the problem had been made clear, I wrote a message stating that this must be due to a technical error, and the reply was 'Unfortunately your reason for contacting us was missing. Please can you let us know how we can help and we will be more than happy to assist you further.' This message was sent to me a number of times. I reexplained the problem. They told me that I entered that address and for 50% of the cost they will redeliver. I DID NOT enter the address wrong. I know my mums address!?!?!?! Why would i enter it wrong????? The person at the other end of the email told me that she was 'saddened' by my dismay. However, they offered nothing whether that be understanding, meeting me in the middle, or even an apology for their system error. Each message was also sent by a different employee, each one offering the bare minimum in information. I moved to Australia over 5 years ago, I send flowers at least 6 times a year for birthdays, mothers day, happy occasions, and sadly some sad occasions too. They have lost a valued customer. One that would have returned at least every other month. and Serenata... why does the status on my online profile say that the delivery is confirmed? Once again Serenata I smell BS. I don't doubt that the BS has finished either - their response to this review will be that i entered the address wrong.

I ordered some flowers from your company to be delivered to my mum for a special occasion. They were never delivered. This has left me very upset and disappointed!

Flowers were not worth the price (£29.99), weren't fresh or good quality. Unfortunately wont be repeat customer.

I am so deeply upset when attending a close friend's mum's funeral that the flowers orders from yourselves were so appalling. The price was reduced from 34.00 to 29.99 and was supposedly a sheaf. In fact it amounted to a couple of white flowers in a bunch which was completed covered (possibly as there were so little flowers!) in a blatant advertisement for Serenata. I would like a full refund so that I can donate the money to her local hospice; I will certainly not be using yourselves again nor recommending to anyone in the future I have never been so embarrassed at having my name on something. I am unable to provide a photo it is NOT something you do at a funeral!

Ordered the golden harvest bunch. Absolutely shocking what arrived. A small bunched up batch of flowers which were about 1/4 of the size displayed in the standard size picture. For the price paid, I'd find better quality from a garage at 10pm.

Won't use again ever couldn't / wouldn't change the order or cancel it so flowers being delivered when person not there

Flowers were not delivered or delivered to wrong person despite very precise address and company and receiver name. Surprise was ruined, they dont bother to reply to inquiries left at their site. AVOID

Delivery was quick but the quality of the flowers are awful. They looked beautiful when arrived but lasted a day. A lot of the flowers have wilted with most of the roses dead. Completely disgusted with the quality for the money I spent.

I Odered some flowers on Friday 8th September it is now Monday 11th and they haven't arrived ! I have also emailed you but have heard nothing back , you have also taken the money out of my bank !

Although the flowers that were delivered are lovely, they were delivered 3 days late, why when I ordered was I not told this. I am extremely disappointed and will think twice to use this service again.

Tried to contact them about a redelivery on Friday and I have still not heard back from them. They said they tried to deliver but someone was in and there wasn't a delivery.

I placed a same day order, which was confirmed..Later that evening I got an email saying they couldn't complete the order! They were for my mothers 60th Birthday..😡
