I complained about the condition, no phone number, so endless emails. Still no result. I sent two photos as requested and am now being asked for more photos of the floral tribute which now lie on a grave a considerable distance away. You could not make it up. I am livid.

The flowers were not delivered on the day I requested which meant I had to spend another £20 purchasing flowers from elsewhere for a presentation at my office. Serenata spent 8 hours arguing with me by email stating that I had to pay for the flowers whether they arrived or not. To add insult to injury, the flowers arrived the following day (too late) and although they were pretty, the size of the bunch was quite small and I had paid extra to have a larger bunch. All in all, this was my worst experience of purchasing goods on-line since I started doing so many years ago.

The recipient called me to say the flowers arrived rotten and all the roses were brown.

The only good thing was that the flowers were delivered on time, I had spent over £60 on a bunch of roses and had to throw them in the bin they were damaged, dead, and full of some kind on fungal disease my wife was in Tears what a wonderful start to a birthday will never use again.......

Ordered some flowers for my sister in law and they arrived half dead, got sent a second set free of charge as we couldn’t get a refund and not only were they just as bad as the first but the delivery man left them on the doorstep without even ringing the bell.

Despite giving 24hours notice, Serenata flowers were unable to change the delivery address. They claimed that is was because the order was in process and drivers must deliver to the states address. Why they simply couldn’t change the address in their system is beyond me. Multiple e-mails back and forth, with no solutions offered. Flowers delivered and left outside an unoccupied building, where anyone could take them. Certainly not good customer service.

I ordered the flowers to be delivered on Sunday and they did not arrive. I was offered a redelivery or refund, and as it had missed the event, I asked for a refund. Then received an email the next day to say they ere out for delivery again. However, although the tracking says the same, they have still not arrived.

The flowers were a different colour to what they were advertised on the website. There were hardly any flowers in the boquet. The £20 price tag did not reflect the flowers that were sent as a gift. The boquet looked like a £5 supermarket boquet not a bunch of ‘quality’ flowers from an online florest. I would not reccomend this website and i definatly would not order from yourselves ever again.

Very disappointed.flowers did not arrive on the day ordered dispute being ordered a week in advance. A special day that cannot be repeated went with out my gift. Won't use again and won t recommend.

I pre ordered flowers as I would be away when it was a friends 'special birthday'. Flowers were delivered but they failed to put the message with the flowers I painstakingly made when ordering the flowers. The upshot of this very bad error was that my friend thought I had forgotten her birthday and had not a clue as to who the flowers were from. This is a really bad mistake and I am very very disappointed. As a new customer I do not think I would use them again.

I ordered these flowers for my mums birthday and was very disappointed when I went to her house and saw the flowers for myself. I ordered a Deluxe bunch of flowers with a vase and I am sure she did not get what I ordered. The bunch of flowers was in a small bag of water and the bunch was so small there is no way this was a deluxe bunch. The flowers were delivered in a cardboard box, they came with no flower food,most of the flowers were crushed and there wasn't even a small card as with other flowers I have ordered in the past from other company's with the name of the flowers on it or a small guide as to how long they should stay in the bag of water before transferring them into a vase as the one I ordered did not come. I will never use this company again and for value for money I would have been better off buying from a super market. The money I paid for this bunch I would have got a bigger beautiful gift rapped bunch of flowers if I had gone into a florist in person.

This is my second review as it didn't post my first as a left no stars. The flowers have not been delivered from last week. I have had no response from the website with my query. The company has taken money from my account. Very poor.

Rubbish delivery No email tracking for me to see turned up at 3pm on the day of my wedding anniversary appalling I won't use again . The flowers wasn't worth the money at all could of got better from supermarket

Failed to deliver. Ordered flowers on the 4th to be delivered on the 7th & they didn't turn up. Very disappointed as they were for a wedding anniversary.

One package was delivered to my parents 60th wedding anniversary get-together as promised. The second was delivered a full day late, so missed the anniversary. Customer service makes it impossible to speak to a person or clean up anything. Absolutely no way I can ever trust this business. After missing the delivery date, I wrote in their on-line form and requested a personal apology to the recipient at time of delivery but that request was also ignored, without a reply to me. Recommend doing business elsewhere. This company only wants money and does not deliver the service it promises.

The flowers were not delivered in the time period specifically requested - even though we received an automated message advising that they would be delivered as requested. No-one contacted us to advise that there had been a problem in delivery - although why the driver could not find an Old People's Home that is well known in the area, I cannot imagine. Although we then asked that the flowers be delivered TWO days later, they were delivered the following day - in other words a day earlier than we then wanted. And from the reports and photos that we received the flowers were limp and in no way resembled the arrangement that we had ordered. When one is ordering flowers long distance (from Israel) for your Mother's 103rd birthday, the offer of a 15% refund does not make up for the complete failure in every aspect. And the company policy of having no Customer Service telephone connection, only by e-mail, only served to exacerbate the situation. I can confidently say that I would not recommend Serenata, and will not be using them again.
