Avoid using this company. Order placed last week and a item never received. No refund and no vomminication

The flowers were not delivered in the time period specifically requested - even though we received an automated message advising that they would be delivered as requested. No-one contacted us to advise that there had been a problem in delivery - although why the driver could not find an Old People's Home that is well known in the area, I cannot imagine. Although we then asked that the flowers be delivered TWO days later, they were delivered the following day - in other words a day earlier than we then wanted. And from the reports and photos that we received the flowers were limp and in no way resembled the arrangement that we had ordered. When one is ordering flowers long distance (from Israel) for your Mother's 103rd birthday, the offer of a 15% refund does not make up for the complete failure in every aspect. And the company policy of having no Customer Service telephone connection, only by e-mail, only served to exacerbate the situation. I can confidently say that I would not recommend Serenata, and will not be using them again.

Requested am delivery & they arrived after 5pm. Driver threw box over gate as office was closed. Pink roses were brown tinged. Poor service. Would not recommend.

ordered pre ten 10.30 ,flowers delivered to wrong address. contacted Serenata told they would contact me when they knew more. I contacted DPD arranged to have the flowers picked up and redelivered later that day. the following day contact serenata ask why no news from them,why did they not arrange redelivery and why have I not been refunded for at least the delivery charge. Told they were waiting for an email reply from DPD which could take up to 48 hours. I asked why they didn't use the phone Like I did and was told they were an e commerce company and did not use the phone to sort out problems . In my opinion a very poor excuse as it was a blemish on my wife's Birthday but they did not seem too concerned about that. The flowers when opened had several heads that were broken. To me the bunch look quite a sorry state although that could be because my view was spoilt with the disappointment of the whole affair. Also no sorry you had to sort this out yourself even though I managed to save them time and the trouble. Plus saved them money arranging a replacement bunch however that would have taken several days for that which in no way makes up for the poor service ,lack lusture efforts in trying to remedy the situation or the poor state of the flowers. My Wife won't be forty again not sure why I should give serenata another chance. thankfully the flowers were only part of many things arranged for my wife ,I am glad I did not put more money into this part of her special day. three days later still waiting to hear what they think Have escalated the issue but I think their priorities lie else where.

Flowers didn’t arrive for my mother’s birthday. Arrived a day late, flowers were very dried out and thirsty. Refund was given though.

Very disappointed. Flowers looked nothing like the size in the picture despite going foe the extra stem bunch for more money. Will not be using again.

I ordered The Classic White Cross for my mother for her sister’s funeral. When the flowers arrived the box was very damaged. When I look at the cross a lot of the flowers were falling off and the white roses were going beige. I needed to reattach some of the flowers. The flowers looked old and not fresh, very poor quality for £69.99. This is very poor customer service and I will not be using this company again.

Flowers were left outside, upside down on porch even though my wife was at home and the dog would have heard anyone knocking. When she opened the flowers - they were almost dead and the petals were covered in black marks. A old green tissue was used to supply them water and for some reason there was a broken stick in with them. I would NOT recommend this company. Thanks for ruining our wedding anniversary.

Ordered for a friend who had just moved. Gave the correct address in a flatted area and asked for the courier to 'knock loudly'. However they had not checked it was the right flat and left them, to then find their eventual way to the right flat nearly two days later. Saying that my friend was very pleased with them. But it's a shame she missed two days of their beauty!

The flowers have still not been delivered 3 days after ordering. Have contacted the customer service still no response. Money taken from my account. Have had to ask if they have been delivered to my friend who has had a new baby so has totally ruined the surprise.

My friend didn't receive the flowers, wasn't home but apparantly they were deliveredand signed for. Good contact initially but now no wod since I asked for a copy of the delivery note and evidence of who signed for them. These were sympathy flowers on the death of a close relative of my friend. Very disappoined, wont be using this company again.

Very poor service, flowers were delivered and left behind a gate with no card left for my mum to even know they had been delivered. Flowers that arrived looked nothing like what I ordered either! Very disappointed won't be ordering from there again!

DISGRACEFUL ....I ordered from Australia, for an 80th birthday. My sister-in-law said they were quite old and brown when they arrived. So So disappointing for her, I think you should send her a fresh bunch of flowers.

I could have bought a better bunch of flowers for half the price I paid from you at a supermarket or petrol station. I have put a picture on face book and people agree they are of poor value

Shocking ,, flowers got deliverd with wrong name on so they was returned as no one here by that name ..ive emailed customer services 3 times as they dont have a phone number that was 3 days ago so as it stands ive paid for flowers bit havnt got them and no one to contact ..need to sort themselfs out

I paid for the delivery to be before 10:30 and they arrived 4 hours late when the recipient wasn’t in and only option was to leave them in the porch! When they did arrive, we wasn’t happy with them at all. They were all closed flowers so we were told to wait for them to finally open to look like the bunch I ordered which were Spring time deluxe!
