Saw a photo of flowers. Did not feel some of the roses looked fresh Was disappointed.

i ordered some flowers on the friday but realised i had the date of delivery wrong so tried to get in touch and amend the date. But this was impossible as i had used guest checkout and your customer service centre was e-mail only. Hence when they returned my mail on the monday ( for a tuesday delivery) it was too late to do anything. So flowers were delivered to a house where they left for honeymoon the next day. I'll never use the service again and will stay local where i can talk to someone.

I ordered a chocolate gift for a school boy who was visiting the UK from Australia on a football tour. Unfortunately he was badly injured and required hospitalisation. I ordered the gift, but within a few hours we were notified that he was being sent home to Australia for surgery. I e mailed Serenata immediately to cancel the gift, but they said that the courier had collected the gift and would be delivered the next day. I asked them to phone the courier and cancel the delivery. What would be the point in delivering it to the hospital when the patient had already been discharged? They refused and simply quoted their terms and conditions etc. Absolutely no customer service, no flexibility or common sense. Company shows a lack of respect for customer's money when they would deliver a gift to rot at a hospital reception desk. Very very disappointing experience and sure that there must be another company out there that is more deserving of your business - a company who is prepared to work with a customer to find a solution when things do not go according to plan.

I ordered a wreath of white flowers for a funeral. They arrived in tatters. Absolutely disgraceful.

Flowers for loved one not received by funeral directors until after the funeral even though the time was put on the order. More than disappointed to say the least.

The flowers were not delivered, neither on the delivery day nor the day after. I was neither kept informed about about the progress of he delivery nor about the fact that the delivery was not effected.

The flowers were for the mother of a friend who passed away. She is now 84 and it was her birthday. For the last 20 years since my friend passed away her mother has had flowers from me on this day. You were a day late delivering the flowers and hence a complete waste of money. It spoilt my friend's mother's birthday to not have the flowers from me. It does not mean ANYTHING to deliver after her birthday!!!! I am very upset!!!

Some "thank you " flowers ordered to be sent to Customer Services Manager of Betterlife, part of the Lloyds Pharmacy Group based in Chorley Lancs, for 2 adjustable beds. Ordered 22 September 2017 from Florist claiming to be in Chorley. The flowers should have been delivered yesterday. However, it's now nearly 7.30pm, on the 24 September and flowers still not delivered, although name and work address provided. A refund has been refused, and the company have breached their contract. Final opportunity to deliver to them tomorrow 25 September. If no delivery by then, my bank will refund the money I paid to Serenta and claim the money I paid back from them. Flowers not delivered as ordered on 22/09/2017, for delivery on 23/09/2017. I have been refused a refund because they say the courier couldn't find the address, although the name of person, name of street, postal town and postal code were provided. I have been refused a refund, so have given them full address ( which is the recipients work address) and "without prejudice" agreed so long as they are delivered tomorrow 25/09/2017 between 8.00am and 5.00pm, the matter is closed. If not I will proceed to use my bank's resolution scheme to claim a refund. This is covered by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I thought I was dealing with a local florist to where the flowers were to be delivered as it showed up on the map of the town. It failed to deliver on the day requested and confirmed by Serenata, failed to advise me of this and four days later I still await an explanation. It is an impossible company to deal with - you cannot speak to anyone only message via two very slow links - Only then did I realise that Serenata Flowers is an internet company and not a florist in the town I looked up. On checking on the internet it says it is based in Bristol but the telephone number does not exist. I repeatedly asked for its telephone number to speak to the Managing Director and this was ignored. as not only did it fail to honour the delivery date as agreed, it would it not make amends for its error by delivering immediately . In fact could not deliver for a further two days ???? why???? no reason given. Any other company would pull out the stops to rectify the mistake and appease the customer. Not Serenata Flowers - this apparently was beyond their control to do. Appalling customer service. I subsequently learned that the company is based in Malta. I spent an entire day messaging to and fro to try and get the order sorted and in the end cancelled - but it refused to cancel - the flowers were intended to be received prior to a very important and traumatic medical consultation to cheer up but in fact was not sent until several days after. This company does not know the meaning of good customer relations. And I still wait to hear why the delivery did not take place when it should have done. Never never again ...........

I was happy with how easy the website was to navigate and the flower delivery. However, I feel the bunch looked unprofessional for the amount of money spent, the bunch was very small and I couldve bought better from a garage. The roses then died after only two days. Extremely unhappy with this.

Paid £9.99 for the flowers to be delivered before 10.30 on 20/09/2017, when I queried non delivery I was told that the courier was ''stuck on the motorway''?! I asked for a full refund in accordance with your website disclaimer, the was told that this would happen, as I write, no refund has been received. I received a further e.mail message from yourselves at 8.20pm stating that the flowers had been delivered?! This was untrue / mistaken as no flowers were received from yourselves. I would have been less put out had the flowers arrived at some time throughout 20th, but to receive no delivery leads me to believe that it was never your intention to deliver the flowers despite the fact that they had been paid for in full It is quite alarming that your organisational skills are so hapless. As you are aware, the flowers were for my wife for our wedding anniversary, the fact that they did not arrive was extremely embarrassing for me. Suffice to say that I will not be using your services in the future.

The flowers were delivered with one rose bud chopped off, the other roses were a little brown and drooped within 2 days. I advised you of this but am unable to send the photos on your system Perhaps you would now like t let me have a sensible email address to send you the photos. However I understand that the recipient has complained and sent you the photos that she took. Ref. No. 217807020

Flowers were the worst I have ever sent . When they arrived they were dead or dying..... they looked like a petrol station bunch ...... not great a waste of money go to a local florist next time. When I challenged this I was told a photo was not a photo and proof and I needed to provide additional evidence ..... poor company and poor training in customer service worst florist ever #avoidatallcosts

The flowers were of very poor quality when they arrived. It was our wedding anniversary and my wife was some what disappointed with the quality of the flowers. Some were lacking water and some were brown on the ends. We were both disappointed with the quality. I have previously had flowers which were of a high standard but not these.

The order for my 30th weeding anniversary was placed for 24hr delivery to my wifes workplace as a surprise and notified that the order was enroute at 09:30 in the morning. GOOD Then received notification at 2100 that they had not been delivered and was given an option to cancel or be redelivered. Order eventually reached my wife a day late completely missing the important day in question. This was further compounded because roses were of poor quality with shrivelled and bruised petals on many and clearly dehydrated after 2 days stuck in a cardboard box with no water. Tried to contact Serenta but no telephone number and the web site always led to "cancel order or re deliver". Could not complain about failed delivery and poor quality because drop down taps only give one option and gave in. I will never use this Company again. I will be amazed if they post this or respond positively. :-(
