Would definitely NOT use them again, ordered for a friend and then found out that they had to take an urgent trip away to see a dying relative and so would not be at home for at least a week. Called Serenata and they refused to delay the delivery despite the circumstances. I had to drive for an hour each way to go and collect the flowers which had been dumped on my friends doorstep and would have stayed there (or been taken) for a least a week. Totally inflexible company and will happily pay a local florist a little bit more and have a more personal service. Flowers were definitely not worth the money either.

Flowers ordered 29th October for delivery 30th October, never turned up. Complained and was assured they would be there on 31st October, again no show. Flowers turned up today with the original despatch label on of 29th, and they were dead. They were a birthday present and I was highly embarrassed, they'd been in the box for 4 days. I did get a refund, but was given the impression they were sending a new bunch, not the original dead ones. The bouquet bore no resemblance to the photo and I paid £4.99 for extra flowers. Very unhappy

The Flowers arrived and the roses were wilting completely. I was told they always arrive like this to protect them and the recipient is supposed to peel off all the outer petals. I was told once this was done they would last at least a week. 2 days later they are dead. after arguing for 2 days I have given up but will never use Seranata again

The flowers were not delivered!!!!!! The www site was very difficult to follow. I ordered for delivery to Church Cottage, Beachamwell, Nr Swaffham Norfolk, PE37 8BD. After paying a lot of money for a super bunch , I realised that your site interpreted this as 1 Church Lane,Beachamwell. I tried to get this changed but your computer told me it was not possible!!!!! I travelled from Hereford to Swaffham on Sunday to find that my flowers had not arrived. This was very disappointing as well as embarrassing. There was no way that I could speak to anyone on the twlephone. When in Swaffham I tried to find Serenata Flowers, Swaffham but was told that no such shop existed. What a con. I would like my money back in full. If I don't receive satisfaction I will report you to the Trading Standards Authority.

The flowers were absolutely awful, they never opened up and all died within a few days. Contacted Serenata before writing this review and they said they could not look into the problem as flowers were sent over 7 days ago (it was 8 days ago).

5 days later and flowers still not delivered. Awaiting money back and you can't even easily call anyone to discuss an issue. Very and will never use again.

They never delivered the flowers! Bought them for my mum, upon contacting them they stated that it will take 48 hours to look into! Errrr... but what about my mums birthday? Still waiting to hear WTF has happened!

I have previously completed one of these surveys. Flowers ordered early AM for same day. They arrived next day late afternoon. Not acceptable. Were for a special occassion Wendy Nerding

Product rubbish,still trying to get refund on my purchase,even though I've sent photos as requested.Even the undertaker said they were not up to standard for a floral tribute for a coffin.

Ordered the flowers for driverly on Friday which they arrived looking a little worse for wear and by Monday all the flowers were dead, paid £40 for these total waste of money. Will not be ordering again.

When the flowers got delivered, I had ordered the deluxe bouquet, they were pretty small and very dry. Also some of the flowers had fallen off the stalk. Not impressed, pretty embarrassing as they were a new home gift.

Please avoid this company!! I had ordered flowers for my friends birthday and received notification that they had been delivered. They were not delivered and when I queried it they send me a picture of the floweres dumped outside the flat on the floor. I instructed them to deliver it to the door, But they just dumped it on the floor. Worst experience ever! One of the neighbours must have picked them up and not even a refund, just an apology from them. I will never use this company again. What is meant to be a stress fee experience turned into a nightmare...

AVOID AT ALL COST, IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!! I gave these muppets the chance to avoid me writing a review today and they had the chance to use their own discretion and deliver my flowers today, and they chose not to. (THEY WERE WARNED) They promote a same day delivery service which they could of easily used as a gesture of good will or (THEY COULD OF OFFERED THE SERVICE AT A REDUCED COST) which would of been an option I would of gladly paid for after I stated they should pick up the charge. They didn't want to and didn't even offer as the flowers needed to be delivered today, I would of paid for it but they made no effort to help or offer any other service apart from taking my option to cancel my order and refund me and to wait 5 days for it also. I paid for a the flowers to be delivered today after ordering them on Saturday after delivering to the same person at the same address previously. They held my order as the "address" wasn't correct. Normal people would look at their customers account order history since you have to be logged in to order from them. They would of seen the same person and address already in their database and they could of sent the order. Even IF one line of the address was not present as their systems would not give the option to change/add it. Postcode check? Google search? order history? Any of the following could of been done rather than hold my order and then waste time emailing me waiting for a response going back and forth. Too cheap to pick up the phone and resolve the issue in under 5 minutes with a phone conversation with your customers when your in the wrong? Only offering to deliver the next working day, which defeats the object of sending flowers for this occasion is poor. Suzanne, Francesca & Faith all emailed me back and forth, wasting my time and ultimately 3 people to respond to one query is excessive and pointless, do all 3 need further training? The moment I knew this wasn't going to happen with this company I picked up the phone, called their competitor, a human answered, explained how poor a service I've just received, selected the flowers I wanted, paid over the phone and the time it's taken me to write this review, I've had the receiver contact with the expected reaction. Take note.... I'm sure they're not always this poor but it's enough for me to never use them again. Based on the new service I received today from the competitor I now have a new provider for flowers moving forward as good customer service and pleasing the people that pay you for your services is the foundation of business. That warrants loyalty from customers.

Ordering a nice bouquet of flowers online, and.only later to find out that the recipient received the flowers in.a box! Spoiled the excitement for the recepient.
