Absolute rubbish very dissapointing cd’ve spent £10 at marks and spencer and got better!!!!

I ordered one dozen red roses, the quality of the roses was very poor, the stems were short and very thin and the petals were bruised, consequently the roses failed to take up water and already the heads are starting to drop. These roses were for a special occasion and they failed spectacularly. You can be assured I will not use your company again , and will not be recommending you to anyone else, in fact I will warn others of the poor quality. Sincerely Peter Brown

Well where should I start from? Let see.... I've ordered some flowers as a surprise to my wife... cuz I didn't want to delay to much I've requested next day delivery and paid 9.99 to have them delivered by 10.30 before she set out for work. On the day of delivery I was waiting for a call from my misses after she gets them didn't happened till around 12.30 so I went on their site to check what happened why haven't been delivered and why no one let me know if it was a problem. I contacted them via email and then all the lies started. First I've been told that because of the snow they didn't manage to do the delivery (all roads in my area and not only there was fully open at that time). Then they said that roads between London and Birmingham are closed for the same reason ( I was on my way to London, roads completely fine) then that the delivery company have a backlog of deliveries to make as roads been closed few days before and they had a lot of deliveries to do for that reason (is that my problem? why they get next day delivery charging me extra if they knew is not possible) I've asked them to refund my delivery fee they played the T&C card. After a while I've get an email saying that delivery have been canceled on my request ( I have't request that).....and so many many lies just to excuse their incompetence. I do understand that snow and ice can be an issue but I think they should let me know ASAP. I won't ever use them again if I could give them less than 1 star I would... avoid at all cost.

I ordered these flowers for a surprise anniversary gift from my dad to his wife. they turned up 3 days late in an extremely poor condition i will never recommend this company. they do not reply to emails there is no customer service number to speak to anyone. i am one very unhappy customer

Paid for the biggest flowers that were very small, came in a box like a parcel, not a surprise to my partner at all wouldn’t recommend

Appalling customer service. I ordered and paid for flowers that were never delivered and had to email 4 times before I received a refund. They were unable to tell me what had happened and made no attempt to resolve the problem. Very stressful experience. I wish I had read more reviews before placing an order.

Didn't deliver on the day requested Didn't deliver to the address change that was requested because you didn't deliver on the day requested Refunded 15% instead of the £15 you said you would refund Flowers were left over the weekend at the office because you got the change of address wrong No delivery card Wont be using you again to deliver birthday flowers

Absolutely disgraceful service. I decided to use Serenata Flowers for the first time to order a bouquet for my sister's 50th birthday. I ordered in good time for delivery on her actual birthday but they didn't arrive that day. I got an email at 16:57 that day stating that the flowers could not be delivered due to a problem with the courier. If I had received a phone call, I could have sorted out something else as I am a firm believer of gifts being received on the actual birthday. Very disappointed. On top of that, when I emailed Serenata Flowers to complain I never even received a response. I note the website also states they work around the clock, so I would have expected that if they had an issue with the courier that day, that they could have rearranged the delivery with a different courier. I would not recommend this company to anyone else and I will go back to using all the other florists who have never let me down.

Ordered bunch of flowers on 1st December to arrive 7th December, six days to send, but they send out on 6th. It’s now 10th and no flowers. Birthday has came and gone now, no phone number to contact them just email Pathetic

Ordered 4days in advance and still they did not reach on the expected day . A day late for a birthday. They were apologetic . Flowers were nice . But time keeping was disappointing.

Flowers were not delivered on the day that was requested. The recipient has now gone on holiday and the flowers have been left outside of her home to rot for the next 4 days. A whole refund is definitely deserved as this is now a completely pointless gift. I have not received this and don’t recommend seranata to anybody who wants their flowers delivered on time!

They were ordered for Monday 5/12, not delivered, I was called on Tues to check the address which was correct, no real apology. It is Friday now, and I have received an email from the company saying they have been delivered but they have not. My mother's birthday flowers are now 4 days late and they were ordered at least a week in advance. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY

Truthfully, very disappointed. £23 for flowers I could have got from Lidl for £5. Ordered for my Nan from my grandfather for their 59th wedding anniversary. Won’t be using again.

I have tried to make contact on three occasions using the messaging service you have in place (this seems to be the only way to contact the company) I have had no response on any occasion regarding the order and delivery of a bouquet of flowers Apparently the the courier delivered the flowers to the nominated address, but there was no one at the address to receive the flowers, so the flowers are currently unaccounted for I've ben trying to contact someone since Monday to attempt to find out where the flowers are as I've paid but they were not delivered to Andrea Davy The customer service is none existent and as a customer it seems unexceptable to pay for a service, which has not delivered and fails to acknowledge the numerous attempts made to resolve the issue Perhaps someone will get in touch?? I ordered flowers on 27th November for delivery to an AB56 address, and an orchid on the 29th to the same address, for delivery on Saturday 2nd December 2017. I only specified a date for delivery not a time. It was for mum-in-laws 80th Birthday. Neither order arrived on the specified day. They were both delivered Monday 4th December. There was ample time for delivery on the specified day. (The address in NOT in the Scottish Highlands, nor specified as an issue on T&Cs) I was not informed of late delivery. I will not use this service again. Very disappointing.
