Paid for guaranteed delivery before 10.30 But didn't even arrive that day! My first experience of ordering flowers so did a bit of research... What a waste of time! Website has all the bells and whistles but that is just a facade for terrible service. Ruined opening day of my Girlfriends pantomime season as she thought I'd forgotten as usual... I'm a Yorkshireman so not famed for flower giving. This put me right off the idea of ever doing it again. Thanks Serenata Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Delivery time wasn't met even though I paid £10 extra Flowers were all broken They were left on the doorstep even though the instruction was to leave with neighbours The flowers did not match the flowers ordered. If I could give a zero star rating, I would. The worst customer service ever

Failed to deliver flowers to a dear friend, on her birthday, as promised. Despite paying a premium for the delivery service. Flowers arrived a day late. When I apologised to my friend for the late delivery. Learned that the flowers I had delivered previously from Serenata, to her. Had died off within a week. Usually flowers in her care last two to three weeks. Will never use the company again.

Flowers were delivered 2 days late. No means to phone anyone and they told me they were going to refund me. This has to be the worse experience of buying flowers ever. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Flowers did not arrive after waiting 4 days. Contacted the company on numerous occasions to request the flower, was ensured that the flowers would be delivered the following day. They where not, then was asked to give a different address as some hospitals may not accept fresh flowers. Terrible service, will not use again and will ensure that everyone I know is discouraged from doing as well.

Flowers were delivered late, and the incorrect bouquets size was delivered- it was a smaller one than was ordered and paid for. Would not recommend.

Flowers were delivered late - a day after the order was for. I booked well within the deadline, and the order email confirmed my choice of date. I raised this issue via the 'contact' section of the website but I have not heard back. That was 24 hours ago. Do not trust their claims of guaranteed next day delivery if you book before the deadline.

I ordered on-line, and the flowers were delivered but left in a bush!! The recipient was away and came back the following day and only saw the flowers because a neighbour happened to spot them in the bush! NOT very impressed at all....wont be ordering again from them!

The flower I ordered on wife's Birth Day (and of course for our 18th Anniversary on 26Nov) was not fresh and I am disappointed with that. I never use or recommend your service in future.

The worst customer service ever received. Ordered flowers for next day delivery and they were not delivered. Was offered a refund or redelivery. No compensation for the company’s failure to perform their obligations under the contract. Appalling.

The person was in the house all day, the flowers and chocolates weren't delivered and to deliver again you're charging me the same value again... What about the 1st order? Does it goes in the bin? Every time you won't deliver you're going to charge me 30 pounds? It looks like a scam to me though

I received an email Sat 6am to say flowers were out for delivery. I received a second email at 6pm to say courier had made a mistake and flowers were not delivered. It is now Monday lunchtime and I have heard nothing more.

Flowers were never delivered to the person even though I did get a delivery confirmation. Will never use the service again and will advise others to beware.

the notice to me stated that the flowers had been delivered. But sadly the recipient is still yet to receive it. while serenta are looking to see what happened, it is quite disappointing that the moment was lost. now im still waiting for delivery 36hours after

I have just received a message from my mom in England to say that the flowers were half dead. She was disgusted and very disappointed with the presentation. Looked nothing like the flowers you advertised. Will not be recommending your company to anyone.

To this day I have no idea if the person received the flowers or not. I had problems with the website during the order and had to go through customer services to get the order confirmed. I was led to believe the order had been confirmed but have heard nothing from my friend OR from Serenata. I received an email asking for feedback and I explained that I have no idea if the flowers arrived, I have had no reply regarding this. Moreover, since the ‘order’ I have had marketing emails each day - since I don’t know if any flowers arrived last time I made an order I’m hardly going to use you again! I am going to have to ask my friend if she received her surprise big birthday flowers and risk he feeling uncomfortable if they arrived and she didn’t say OR upset if they didn’t arrive, and then I’ll be requesting a refund!

You mixed old roses with younger roses. The they right after they were delivered lots of them were already brown and petals falling off!!! For the amount I paid you Ibwould have gotten a much better bunch of roses in a supermarket! DO NOT ORDER ROSES FROM THIS SITE! A COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTMENT AND WASTE OF MONEY!!!!
