Ordered for my wife’s 60th birthday. Flowers failed to arrive. Courier had left them at another unknown address for no apparent reason. No card left stating where they were. Won’t be using again. Will get them from M&S next time

Poor quality, what was delivered was no where near what was pictured on the website, absolute rip off, could have got better and more from Aldi for less money, will never use again.

I sent my sister some flowers to welcome her home from major surgery. What arrived was absolutely nothing - NOTHING like the image on their website. It was a couple of flowers thrown together. It was embarrassing ! The petrol station bouquets are far superior.. this is fraud ! The reviews are probably bogus too..

Ordered a basket of plants. The box had clear instructions for the way around it should be however, along the delivery chain, someone must have dropped the box. Some how the basket should have been secured inside. Plants were bruised, upside down and out of the soil/moss. It was a disaster. I have now tried to send pictures and complain 3 times now- i'm hoping that it will be third time lucky.

Appalling service and poor quality flowers. Flowers arrived 2 days late and wilted within another 2 days. Was told I was not allowed to complain because I had not done so within 7 days of the delivery date. I did complain within 7 days but they said it had to be within 7 days of when they were meant to be delivered! Ridiculously bad customer service. Avoid them or you might be disapointed.

I ordered some flowers for my sisters 30th birthday. The flowers that my sister received were brown and dying. The delivery driver left them outside on the doorstep when there was someone available all day to take the delivery. The bouquet does not look like anything in the photo. I am so unhappy as this was supposed to be a special surprise for my sisters 30th birthday. I raised a complaint and the advisor (sandy) asked me to send some photos which I did. The advisor then advised me to send some more photos after a few days. I sent some more photos even though the original photos were clear and showed how horrible the flowers were. Another advisor (Fiona) told me that my complaint can’t be looked into further due to the photos being sent late. I was not told that the photos had to be sent within a specific time period (the advisor Sandy) did not even mention this. I would not recommend this company ever! It is the worst company in terms of customer service and products!

Delivered a month early, in a very bad state. Pot in birdcage was upside down and soil all over the place.

Probobly The WORST Customer service I have received EVER - Flowers for a wedding anniversary arrived 2 days late - no notification that they would be arriving late. When they arrived the box was badly crushed all along the side and the top. Before signing for the box I wanted to open it the flowers were in a terrible state!!! two of the lillies had broken heads, there was no protection around the bouquet at all - we refused to accept this package and when contacting the web contact form ONLY complaint department we just had a stream of trite and what seemed like templated apology emails offering refund or a new bouquet which as couldnt be delivered for another 9 days as they were only doing Chistmas flowers this was on the 16th Dec - No offer of an alternative bouquet to arrive sooner - No offer of any compenstaion for the order arriving TWO DAYS LATE AND IN AN UNACCEPABLE CONDITION. They ask for a phone number on there complaint contact form which is the only way to contact the company, then proceed to write to say they only resond by email when we requested a phone call. We have used them in th past with good results, but obviously never again - Their virtually NON EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE has made sure of that.

You have let us down 3 times. Ordered a delivery for Wednesday the recipient did not get the flowers until Saturday. Very disgraceful service feel very let down.

Ordered flowers for a colleague, who was leaving work. Didn’t show... Tracked the delivery which said failed. Tried to contact someone and was advised it was a mistake. Then got an email advising of the failed delivery. Contacted again through Facebook, and was told that the delivery had been attempted thirty minutes prior, and nobody was home. It was made to our place of work.... I think someone might have noticed if we shut early. They said they would investigate, but she left empty handed! Managed to rearrange delivery to her home for the next day... but yep, that didn’t happen either!!! I am so annoyed, and although I am now being refunded it is hardly the point.

Didn't deliver. Appalling customer service. Still haven't got my money back. I sent flowers with marks and Spencer in the meantime. I hate this company.

I ordered one dozen red roses, the quality of the roses was very poor, the stems were short and very thin and the petals were bruised, consequently the roses failed to take up water and already the heads are starting to drop. These roses were for a special occasion and they failed spectacularly. You can be assured I will not use your company again , and will not be recommending you to anyone else, in fact I will warn others of the poor quality. Sincerely Peter Brown

Well where should I start from? Let see.... I've ordered some flowers as a surprise to my wife... cuz I didn't want to delay to much I've requested next day delivery and paid 9.99 to have them delivered by 10.30 before she set out for work. On the day of delivery I was waiting for a call from my misses after she gets them didn't happened till around 12.30 so I went on their site to check what happened why haven't been delivered and why no one let me know if it was a problem. I contacted them via email and then all the lies started. First I've been told that because of the snow they didn't manage to do the delivery (all roads in my area and not only there was fully open at that time). Then they said that roads between London and Birmingham are closed for the same reason ( I was on my way to London, roads completely fine) then that the delivery company have a backlog of deliveries to make as roads been closed few days before and they had a lot of deliveries to do for that reason (is that my problem? why they get next day delivery charging me extra if they knew is not possible) I've asked them to refund my delivery fee they played the T&C card. After a while I've get an email saying that delivery have been canceled on my request ( I have't request that).....and so many many lies just to excuse their incompetence. I do understand that snow and ice can be an issue but I think they should let me know ASAP. I won't ever use them again if I could give them less than 1 star I would... avoid at all cost.

I ordered these flowers for a surprise anniversary gift from my dad to his wife. they turned up 3 days late in an extremely poor condition i will never recommend this company. they do not reply to emails there is no customer service number to speak to anyone. i am one very unhappy customer

Paid for the biggest flowers that were very small, came in a box like a parcel, not a surprise to my partner at all wouldn’t recommend

Appalling customer service. I ordered and paid for flowers that were never delivered and had to email 4 times before I received a refund. They were unable to tell me what had happened and made no attempt to resolve the problem. Very stressful experience. I wish I had read more reviews before placing an order.
