“Still quite upset about my order ,what happened to the chocolates over £30 paid for nothing”

“The flowers were damaged, there was water in the chocolate. I tried to call the number I found when I googled but couldn't get through. Sent a message via their website to say I wanted a full refund. Got an email reply saying they would like to re-deliver. Couldn't email back so very annoying had to go back to their website and send another message. They emailed yet again asking to redeliver, so again I had to go on to their website and insist on a refund. I then got an email to say my card would be credited. We'll wait and see how long that takes. Most annoying thing was not being able to contact them by phone or email. Will never use them again.”

“Flowers were delivered 3 days after they were supposed to be delivered-no one contacted me to tell me that this was he case or why and it looks like the same flowers were delivered 3 days late rather than new ones!”

“Although initially i was happy with service because i was mailed throughout process there was an error in address. I was told it was left in a shed at address but it wasnt it was returned to shop and i didnt get notified. It wasn't until i contacted my friend to see if she got her (suprise) delivery. Then i contactet yourselves. To which i was told then that the flowers were returned and disposed of and i could get redelivered at 50% off. But i am still at a loss of money because of it and quite upset at it all.”

“The flowers were not delivered, despite and email confirming delivery. I had to ring the person I was sending a surprise bunch of flowers to thus loosing any surprise. The person I sent the flowers to then spent some time contacting neighbours to see if they had taken delivery. No contact phone number for the company however, they were quick to respond to e-mail. Unfortunately the issue has still not been resolved so far, 3 days after the orde!r”

“The flowers were delivered upside down, the water had poured out and ruined the flowers and leaves. The flower box was completely sodden. I cannot understand how flowers could be delivered in such a state.”

“I looked for a company that could deliver the next day. (30th December). This was important as I was due to visit my parents on that day for a late Christmas but they had to postpone due to illness. I therefore want something delivered to cheer them up. I had a notification that the hamper had been delivered. However, it was not to my parents.... I am still trying to find out where it has gone.... Meanwhile the nice thought has rather lost its point.... There is no phone number (that I can see) to speak with anyone. This means customers are obliged to swirl around in automated email hell.... V disappointing”

“Absolute rubbish company. Was looking to buy flowers from my Mum and saw that these fraudsters had next day delivery. There was even an option on their website to see if they could do next day delivery to the intended recipient and no issues were raised. They took my money and on the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I received an email to say there was a problem with the courier and then exactly one minute later, another email came in saying the flowers wouldn`t be delivered as they don`t do next day delivery to Northern Ireland. So, instead of showing good will and delivering the flowers free of charge, they took the weasely way out and claimed terms and conditions. Will be using Interflora from now on as at least you can trust Interflora to do the job.”

“Dreadful! I only gave a star because I HAD to. They were delivered to my elderly grandmother and immediately disintegrated. I found out a week later but Serenata can do nothing because I found out too late (by 24 hours)”

“Appalling service and correspondence in relation to flowers ordered for my step brothers funeral. The flowers are late with no explanation and no refund being ordered. Horrible service.”

“Appaling service! I will never use them again! Flowers for a funeral were not delivered and when I complained they said they can’t guarantee delivery on your chosen date, even when I specified it was for a funeral. AVOID!”
