Absolute rubbish company. Was looking to buy flowers from my Mum and saw that these fraudsters had next day delivery. There was even an option on their website to see if they could do next day delivery to the intended recipient and no issues were raised. They took my money and on the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I received an email to say there was a problem with the courier and then exactly one minute later, another email came in saying the flowers wouldn`t be delivered as they don`t do next day delivery to Northern Ireland. So, instead of showing good will and delivering the flowers free of charge, they took the weasely way out and claimed terms and conditions. Will be using Interflora from now on as at least you can trust Interflora to do the job.

Dreadful! I only gave a star because I HAD to. They were delivered to my elderly grandmother and immediately disintegrated. I found out a week later but Serenata can do nothing because I found out too late (by 24 hours)

Appalling service and correspondence in relation to flowers ordered for my step brothers funeral. The flowers are late with no explanation and no refund being ordered. Horrible service.

Appaling service! I will never use them again! Flowers for a funeral were not delivered and when I complained they said they can’t guarantee delivery on your chosen date, even when I specified it was for a funeral. AVOID!

The flowers were delivered on the correct date, however they looked like they had been left outside in the frost. The lilies in particular were bruised and damaged. I contacted the company (with a photo) who replied quickly and said they would deliver some replacement flowers if I clicked the link on the email. However, the link wouldn't open on my phone so I had to do it on my laptop. The form then wouldn't send without attaching a photo (which I had already sent via my initial email) so I had to faff about emailing the photo from my phone to my laptop. Once the photo was attached the form it still wouldn't send as it kept telling me to select a delivery date, but wouldn't accept ANY on their calendar! I then emailed them again explaining all this and they sent the replacement flowers the following day. However, the replacement flowers were only slightly better than the original ones and neither of them came with the plant food which should have been attached. I wouldn't use this company again and wouldn't recommend them.

Flowers brown and dying or dead. Ordered the bright perky ones from the website and got brown dying ones. They said photo showed flower of 'usual standard'. Queried appropriateness of 'dead' as usual standard and explained that this was not the description on website, contravening consumer rights legislation. Seems that this is not an isolated case from other feedback here. Still fighting for refund.

Terrible service! Still have not replied to my e-mails 10 days later and waiting. Also, ordered some sympathy flowers and still have not been delivered and it has been 7 days. Really surprised as a friend of mine had said this company was good. Never again will I order from Serenata. John Lewis is the only place to go for fabulous customer service.

They didn’t show up!! Sent an email, no response. It was only after a managed t contact someone on Facebook messager I got an answer. Offered to send them out again... it’s a bit pointless 7 days later. Just don’t use this company. Total wast of time and money..... you have been warned

I read the negative reviews but still trusted them I ordered same day flowers at approx 5am in the morning. They were NOT delivered and I am currently wait to receive a refund to my bank account

The flowers were meant to be delivered on 27th but they never arrived. I don't know who they were delivered to or who received them as Alice was not in on the 28th so i don't know where they went. As of now, no idea what happened and i am so angry and will never recommend your service to anyone. I will be asking for a refund because service that was advertised is not what you do!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY As others have said..I will choose a UK based company next time.. I tried to amend my order & delay it... more than 24 hrs before delivery. They gave me details about my trying to amend less than than I knew to be false.. I was in time.. & the web page allowed it ... But by the time my request was picked up...they said too late.. Crazy when a simple email or phone call could have delayed my flowers. It was the biggest bunch available so about £40 !! They were left on a doorstep!! At an empty house..If the bouquet was made up more than 24 hrs beforehand . ..no wonder they arrive half dead.. My family will arrive home tomorrow with DEAD flowers on their doorstep!!! Thanks Serenata....cost me this amount to go in the bin.!! Disappointed doesn't

Completely different flowers arrived, completely different wrapping, ordered deluxe for over £60 and the flowers arrived were a lot smaller bunch. No help at all when complained, very unsympathetic with the needs of the buyer. Yes some flowers can change due to seasons but whole order was different and they fob you off with their ‘terms & conditions’ well where’s the loyalty to their customers? Will not buy from these again. Truely disappointed customer.

Total lack of service or interest when flowers left at wrong address despite have the correct name and address and having my name, the name of the person to whom they were intended and two of my phone numbers, landline and mobile.

Delivery fine flowers looked after well but all dead within four days very poor flowers from other company I usually use last a good three weeks sometimes longer

Flowers delivered to the wrong address and the flowers themselves were well past their sell-by date. The only good comment I can make is that they immediately agreed to refund the cost.
