The flowers were all wilting head of roses was lose in the box the box was soaked the stems where like mush.

Not happy,i ordered a vase which didn't arrive and half of the flowers had already wilted, extremely dissapointed.....

I have used then 3 times first two times excellent quality and service - this time (Christmas flowers for my mum) awful. Terrible quality and quantity and non existent customer service. I've submitted a complaint twice (first just after Christmas) and heard nothing! I've waited this long to submit review as I'd hoped they'd redeem themselves but to no avail.

What a ridiculous unreliable company this is. They failed on delivery day one, and did not even let me know. Then promised delivery on the next day and that didn't happen either. You cannot contact them by telephone as they have 'streamlined their customer service'. Still no flowers or conformation of refund. Avoid at all costs.

Most of the flowers were half dead when they arrived. So much so that I was embarrassed to give them to my sister. I had to go to a flower shop and buy a new bunch. Very inconvenient

The flowers were damaged, there was water in the chocolate. I tried to call the number I found when I googled but couldn't get through. Sent a message via their website to say I wanted a full refund. Got an email reply saying they would like to re-deliver. Couldn't email back so very annoying had to go back to their website and send another message. They emailed yet again asking to redeliver, so again I had to go on to their website and insist on a refund. I then got an email to say my card would be credited. We'll wait and see how long that takes. Most annoying thing was not being able to contact them by phone or email. Will never use them again.

Flowers were delivered 3 days after they were supposed to be delivered-no one contacted me to tell me that this was he case or why and it looks like the same flowers were delivered 3 days late rather than new ones!

Although initially i was happy with service because i was mailed throughout process there was an error in address. I was told it was left in a shed at address but it wasnt it was returned to shop and i didnt get notified. It wasn't until i contacted my friend to see if she got her (suprise) delivery. Then i contactet yourselves. To which i was told then that the flowers were returned and disposed of and i could get redelivered at 50% off. But i am still at a loss of money because of it and quite upset at it all.

The flowers were not delivered, despite and email confirming delivery. I had to ring the person I was sending a surprise bunch of flowers to thus loosing any surprise. The person I sent the flowers to then spent some time contacting neighbours to see if they had taken delivery. No contact phone number for the company however, they were quick to respond to e-mail. Unfortunately the issue has still not been resolved so far, 3 days after the orde!r

I ordered flowers to be delivered on the 2nd of January... no flowers we’re recieved. No refund received as yet either. Extremely disappointed with the service.

Delivery was on time but the flowers were absolutely awful. Basically dead and full of just leaves. There was about 6 flowers in total in the bunch

The flowers were delivered upside down, the water had poured out and ruined the flowers and leaves. The flower box was completely sodden. I cannot understand how flowers could be delivered in such a state.

The flowers looked lifeless. I was honestly not expecting that the flowers to look so old and dead. It was a supposed to be birthday flowers for my mum, but I was too ashamed to give it to her.

I looked for a company that could deliver the next day. (30th December). This was important as I was due to visit my parents on that day for a late Christmas but they had to postpone due to illness. I therefore want something delivered to cheer them up. I had a notification that the hamper had been delivered. However, it was not to my parents.... I am still trying to find out where it has gone.... Meanwhile the nice thought has rather lost its point.... There is no phone number (that I can see) to speak with anyone. This means customers are obliged to swirl around in automated email hell.... V disappointing

Flowers was not fresh and delivery service was shocking they didn’t knock they just left be hind the gate even tho I stated on instructions to knock not worth what I paid not happy with the service at all
