I ordered some flowers to be delivered next day but they still hadn't arrived after 4 days. I had to cancel the order and request a refund so that I could order flowers from another supplier. I went to a local company who were much better and even offered a same day service. Whilst I must commend the customer service I receive when querying my delivery and cancelling/requesting a refund, the overall experience and website was very frustrating.

The flowers came the day after they said they would. I chose this company for next day delivery however they did not deliver.

I ordered the white roses, when they arrived the flowers were all brown and wilted. I raised a complaint to customer service requesting a fresh bunch or a full refund, to which there response was for me to pull all the brown petals off and this is normal for white roses 😱 I would never use this online company again they are a total disgrace

We are totally devasted that our funeral flowers were not at our sister In laws funeral. Heartbroken

Terrible experience. We ordered flowers for a funeral service and paid extra for early delivery. We were told they couldn't be delivered to the address provided, although others family members used the same address with no problems from another company. After multiple emails and no phone number to speak to the company, the flowers were delivered two days late and to the original address we had provided. The service was long over by this point and we had asked them to be delivered to a different address by then. It was already a difficult time and it was made worse by this company. They refused to refund part of the money even though the flowers were late. So disappointing and will never use this company again!

Arrived day late.somehow seems my order was for 2 bunches instead of 1,wasn't able to amend order because was already with carrier- impossible because of timescale,and was a day late impossible to speak to anyone. Whole process irritating,frustrating,stressful and very costly, spent £54 instead of £25. Disgraceful,to be avoided.

I paid extra for same day delivery and the flowers for some day delivery were more expensive than next day dekivery ones. Flowers never got delivered the same day and I had to wait until the mon for my feinted flowers to be delivered. When they were eventually delivered and she text me thanking me, and sent me a picture, I was horrified as they were nothing like the ones I had chosen, and didn’t look good value for money, considering I had paid £41 I won’t be using this flower service again.

Firstly the flowers should have been delivered on Sunday as it was a 40th Birthday the Courier said he had taken the flowers to the address at 8.30pm But these were refused Both my Daughter and Son in Law said no one had gone to their Address Made enquiries the morning after as Tracking off line so unable to check details The Company said they would re deliver Ok a day late but at least My Daughter would receive them In my Opinion the flowers ordered are nothing like the flowers received A DAY LATER I have sent in a Complaint but told in the Company's opinion the Flowers are in good condition This does not have me faith to Order again I will be using Prestige Flowers from me on What do you think of the Website photo The one now delivered to my Daughter Would be to know?

The flowers were all wilting head of roses was lose in the box the box was soaked the stems where like mush.

I have used then 3 times first two times excellent quality and service - this time (Christmas flowers for my mum) awful. Terrible quality and quantity and non existent customer service. I've submitted a complaint twice (first just after Christmas) and heard nothing! I've waited this long to submit review as I'd hoped they'd redeem themselves but to no avail.

What a ridiculous unreliable company this is. They failed on delivery day one, and did not even let me know. Then promised delivery on the next day and that didn't happen either. You cannot contact them by telephone as they have 'streamlined their customer service'. Still no flowers or conformation of refund. Avoid at all costs.

Most of the flowers were half dead when they arrived. So much so that I was embarrassed to give them to my sister. I had to go to a flower shop and buy a new bunch. Very inconvenient

The flowers were damaged, there was water in the chocolate. I tried to call the number I found when I googled but couldn't get through. Sent a message via their website to say I wanted a full refund. Got an email reply saying they would like to re-deliver. Couldn't email back so very annoying had to go back to their website and send another message. They emailed yet again asking to redeliver, so again I had to go on to their website and insist on a refund. I then got an email to say my card would be credited. We'll wait and see how long that takes. Most annoying thing was not being able to contact them by phone or email. Will never use them again.

Flowers were delivered 3 days after they were supposed to be delivered-no one contacted me to tell me that this was he case or why and it looks like the same flowers were delivered 3 days late rather than new ones!
