I ordered a beautiful heart for a close relatives funeral on 19/1/2018 two days ago. I am utterly devastated that at the crematorium it was not present with all other tributes to my loved one. It made a difficult time harder and embarrassed me as mine was missing. I checked my order details which were correct and paid extra for early delivery. I am currently grieving but when I am ready will investigate further and if neccesary take legal advice. Wish I had stayed with Interflora and will always regret using Serenata

When I ordered flowers for a funeral I ordered them 4 days before needed just so there was no doubt,I gave the name,date AND time so the flowers would be there but what do know the flowers did'nt turn up,we left the cemetery at 1-30 pm,the funeral was at 11am and they had'nt arrived by the time we left,I got a text later to say they were delivered at 15-32,that was a lot of good ,I did'nt see them and nor did anyone else. when I got home I went online to complain and there is a message saying something about a premium payment to make sure they get there on time,I did'nt see that before and why,when the order was submitted AND accepted did'nt anyone let me know this,why would I spend £32-98 on something I was'nt certain of,I would have paid the extra money,as would anyone with any sense,really VERY disappointed,have another funeral there in 2 weeks but won't be getting flowers from your company

My son ordered flowers to be delivered to me on Sunday 14th January, the flowers never arrived despite the fact that the tracker system says they were delivered

Well never delivered on the day i selected arrived a day later and my daughter was not impressed, they looked like they had been pulled out of a bin and a day later they are dead, i only have a photo on my phone not able to send it i want a refund now very disappointed.

Flowers never arrived, was refused a refund. Customer service is a disgrace. DO NOT ORDER from serenata flowers!!

Delivery was on time but they have left the box front of the door and didn't even ring the bell or knock the door there were 2 people at home that time ! And also all the roses were old and nearly dead as you can see on the photos ! I have paid for the old flowers ! It was my first and last time to use serenata-flowers and won't order from them anymore !

I paid for same day delivery and the flowers went after two days. Poor communication with no clear answers by emails.

Poor value - £25 bouquet looked like it cost £10 at most and one of the flower heads had fallen off - took ages to get agreement of a refund

These flowers were for my mums birthday and they said they were left on the doorstep of her home. She never received them and living in a remote area they definetly weren’t taken. Despite notifying them after an initial email 4 days later I have not heard from them and will never use them again.

The bouquet I ordered was very disappointing, I ordered the Deluxe bouquet and it firstly arrived in a box which seemed strange but then when it was opened it was really very small and a couple of the flowers were actually dying. This was for my mums birthday and it was quite embarrassing

Flowers were lovely. If they had arrived on time and not 2 days late it would have been better. Feeble excuse given for delay. Not happy at all.

Excellent delivery service (next day for a Sunday delivery) but unfortunately the flowers received were of very poor quality

Left outside front door although recipients were in the flat all day. Not seen until following morning, flowers were droopy, hardly any water. Died in two days. Extremely disappointed. These were for a bereavement. Would not use this company again. Waste of money.

Arranged for flowers to be delivered to my mother for her 85th Birthday. They arrived as requested but my sister sent pics of the shoddy, wilted and brown state of the flowers. I have used Serenata previously with no issue. However they are not florists - merely a broker type company in Malta who takes orders, creams off a commission then farms the order out wherever. Will say in their favour, once I was able to contact them - couldn't use the online issues form - kept hanging when I uploaded photos. I eventually made contact through both FB messenger and the general enquiries form. They also were horrified at the state of the flowers - offered a re-delivery with upgrade but I declined and requested a refund. They have arranged this no problem. But won't use again - too risky.

Honestly the most disappointing purchase of the year. Bought my mum some flowers after passing her Masters module, and a vase to go with, the flowers came un-arranged and most of them dead an mouldy. The vase was completely smashed too. After contacting them they suggested the flowers went Through quality checks before going out A CLEAR LIE. They sent the replacement deluxe bouquet I purchased today and it was exactly the same. Only two freesias and despite advertising they come in bud form they were all open and again old and One looked like it had been eaten by bugs. Also again not arranged as advertised. I spoke to them again and they said that the flowers come for YOU TO DO YOURSELF. Imagine my surprise in learning the bouquet advertised and purchased for £25 then had to be arranged by the recipient on delivery. The roses that had dead petals were apparently “protective petals” that again you have to remove on receipt. I can’t even begin to explain how ludicrous that is when paying for a flower ARRANGEMENT they also mention this absolutely no where, only when you complain dp they tell you. NEVER AGAIN. Save your money and go to Tesco.

Used this company a few times and never had a problem. However I brought flowers on the 08/01/18 for mine and my gf anniversary. The flowers were delivered in a box, half the flowers were dead and didn't look anything like the photo on the website. We had them for two days and all of them died. My note to my gf was on a curled up bit of paper which had an offer at the back. There was no sediment at all. These flowers weren't cheap and was for a special occasion that was ruined. However customer service were excellent and refunded me within a day. I wouldn't use the company again.

Absolutely dreadful. I ordered a £35 arrangement called Strawberry Crush to be delivered to my mums work for her birthday. When she sent me a photo of the flowers they looked NOTHING like the advertised photo the flowers were completely different, and the whole thing looked like it had been thrown together by a child. My complaint & request for a discount/refund fell on deaf ears as Serenata thought they were perfectly ok so I shall now be contacting trading standards as I feel my statutory rights have been ignored. I have included a photo of the flowers ordered & those received.
