I ordered same day delivery flowers and received an email later that afternoon to say that my order could not be fulfilled as no local florist could be found to deliver. These flowers carried an important message and it was now far too late for me to find an alternative . Extremely disappointing.

ST VALENTINES FAILED - Cause of Serenata Flowers, amazing delivery thank you for accepting my order and my payment and FAILING DELIVERY on St Valentines!! Why you just people say that you are not able to make the delivery and you destroy peoples celebrations?

Ruined my Valentine's day! What a joke. Who the hell wants flowers delivered at 9am! She must think I am a joke not getting her anything on Valentine's day! She finished work at 5pm! I will be demanding a refund

Delivery wasn’t delivered in full. Flowers looked half dead. Poor quality, very disappointed. Not value for money.

Unfortunately I needed to change the delivery date, and was told this was impossible. You said I could give an alternative address, but then couldn't guarantee that address, and lo and behold the flowers were delivered to an empty house at the original address. Your customer service is terrible. Five times I asked the same question which was never satisfactory answered. Very disappointed in your company, and will never use you again.

They emailed me saying the flowers were successfully delivered, however I never received them. Now, I’m trying to track my order a day before valentines. I ordered a week early just so I can avoid this situation. What makes it worse is their customer service. They don’t provide a phone number to call them on. They make you type it on their website and even if you want to respond to an email their customer service sent, you ONLY can if you go back on their website and redo the whole thing again. It’s so annoying. Apparently it takes them 1-2 days just to talk to the delivery courier, so I’m anticipating that it will at least take a week to resolve this issue. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. They are very unprofessional and unwilling to help you.

I ordered flowers & paid for them, for my mums 80th birthday a week before the date, then the day before I was informed by email {which was not read until the day of the birthday} that the flowers were out of stock and would be delivered 2 days later. I am totally not satisfied with your service which ruined my gift to my mum for her birthday. I have since cancelled the order & am awaiting a refund which as of present has not been done. I will not be using Serenata flowers again.

There was complete stuff up on delivery. The flowers I ordered from New Zealand for the anniversary of my sister's husband passing simply did not arrive. Very disappointing after all the email hype that Serenata send saying they are on their way and then they have been delivered. No they hadn't! No reason was given to why. No compensation for the stuff up was given. All the right things are said but this is not backed up by action. Also correspondence to your emails responding to my complaint do not allow a direct response but you have to go through loops to reply. Five days later another lot of flowers have arrived but this is simply not good enough. I have since found out that another sister has had trouble with Serenata so sorry I will not be using you again or recommending you to anyone including my local florist here in New Zealand. I would suggest that you also stop sending messages to my Facebook page as each one will be responded to with a negative comment and share.

Extremely poor company and service - avoid at all costs. Normally I use Interflora, as they are very reliable but they didn't have any slots available on this particular day. So, I ordered some flowers through Serenata for my Fiancee's birthday well in advance, as I was going to be away on business for her actual birthday. I paid extra for delivery before noon. On the day, it passed noon and it was still showing on the tracking as "at local depot". I contacted the company and they said that the courier had tried to deliver to the address but the delivery was not possible and they would reattempt the next day. After a lot of to-ing and fro-ing and excuses from them, I finally gave up, told them to cancel it and give me a refund. I went and spent a lot of money on sameday flowers which arrived no hassle (surprise surprise!). The next day, I had an email saying it had been delivered but when I rang my Fiancee, she said they hadn't. Took a lot of arguing to get a refund, absolutely shocking service! I genuinely don't know how they are still in business!

Delivered 2 days late with no explanation which totally spoilt our mothers birthday surprise. Got refunded a laughable £3! Hamper does NOT come with cup & saucer as shown in pic. Won't be using again!

My order was taken and I even paid for same day delivery as it was a friends 40 th but it was never received by friend. They were quick to take my money and now I’m awaiting a refund. I only give 1 star which is for the customer service they felt with my issue quickly but as I say I’m waiting for the money back!!!!

The flowers that arrived were of a quality I would expect from an £8 bunch in a supermarket, not the £20 display in the photo online. Was embarrassed to give them to our retiring midwife.

Absolutely appalling service! The flowers were a surprise for my mothers birthday which I was sending to her work, which I clearly stated on the order, then I was told they were going to be delivered late even though it was clear they were being delivered to a school. They then didn’t get delivered until the next day which then ruined the surprise and this was not what I paid for! Really bad communicaton all throughout by far the worst company I’ve ever used!

It was not clear when I ordered them that guaranteed next day is from 8-8pm so the flowers arrived at 7pm but the person has already left the office at 5.30pm :( I had to go out to get another bouquet at 5pm to make sure she get some flowers on that day. So I have to pay twice for the flowers :(

Poor quality and very small for the money ! No personalisation and bad experience when delivered as delivered in a cardboard box , might as well have gone to a supermarket
