I could have bought a bouquet from Tesco’s that contained more roses and were not already dying.

Absolutely awful experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! My gift showed up a day late and with dead flowers, forcing me to go back and fourth with customer service for over a week showing them proof of late delivery, proof of dead flowers just for them to say "sorry we show it was delivered on time and the flowers look fine to us". It wasn't even just my word, I had an email from the concierge and photos of the flowers but they did not care, they were not going to refund me anyways. Still trying to get even some of my money back for this terrible experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

purely the extreme weather delayed delivery but all was made well the following day. Great response given the conditions-----thank you so much--recipient delighted.

I live in Australia and ordered flowers for my Aunts 83rd Birthday for 1st March and as far as I know they still have not been delivered. I paid £51.98 for the flowers. There has been zero communication from Serenata flowers until I emailed them - they advise the courier was unable to attempt delivery due to adverse weather conditions. I understand these things happen however I feel it would have been courteous and good customer service to have been advised of this by Serenata Flowers. I’ve yet to have any confirmation of delivery of the flowers or alternatively see a refund into my credit card. Very very disappointed with the lack of care and communication. Would hesitate to use them again.

Serenata service was abysmal. I ordered flowers to be delivered on 1st March, they were not delivered and I was not told that they had not been delivered. The following day I asked what had happened and was told I had given them the wrong address. The address was entirely correct. When I asked what time they would be delivered on 2nd March I was told that Serenata didn't know because they organise delivery routes to best suit themselves. The flowers were eventually delivered pm 2nd March. I imagine they were not fresh ones. If I had wanted flowers delivered on Friday I would not have ordered them for Thursday. And my daughter spent the day thinking I had not bothered to acknowledge what was, in fact, a very special day for her. I will never use Serenata again.

Absolute trash company. Missed my mothers birthday, didn't let me know despite the fact I had guaranteed delivery, refused refund or partial refund or cancellation. Currently involved in credit card dispute with them. AVOID and use interflora!

Flowers did not arrive in time for funeral despite us ordering for delivery a day in advance as instructed. Made a sad day more stressful. Serenata refused to refund & cited various ts&cs re weather... avoid this company!

Flowers were nearly dead on delivery When we sought a refund we had to deal with an awful robotic complaints system and they tried to grind us down to avoid giving a refund. Eventually they said a refund would be made in 5 days

Would not use Serenta Flowers again the flowers were tiny the roses were brown around edges just dumped on doorstep and no contact number to phone up and complain. DO NOT USE SERENTA FLOWERS

The flowers i requested for valentines day were delivered 2 days early The system didn't report this would be the case until after i had booked the flowers The flowers were delivered on the correct day but were not as requested The bunch was obviously the requested bouquet but with only one pink rose and not the red ones as specified and shown in the picture I have complained and had confirmation of complaint I have submitted a picture as requested Its now 2 weeks after valentines and im still waiting for a response I would recommend not using this company as there product isn't as specified but is expensive & their customer support is worse

I ordered flowers on 24/02/2018 to be delivered to my wife to be . The flowers never arrived I have had no correspondence from the company after I sent them a msg . I can’t get a fone no for the company and they took my money from the bank today . Will never use this company again .

Disgraceful service. Stayed home all day for the flowers got an email saying driver on way at 9.30am waited until 6pm and even then flowers arrived with the vase broken disgraceful

I ordered a set of flowers that were displayed oin the web and looked very nice but when they were delivered they were completely different to the flowers ordered. The flowers were not in the vase as displayed and overall i was not satisfied with the product and wish for someone at the company top call me as a matter of urgency.

I ordered for some flowers in jan to be delivered on Valentine’s Day for my partner who works at hospital. The delivery was refused by security as knowone if that that....I get a txt message saying this and it said the wrong name which is why couldn’t find her. So either Serenata stuck wrong name on or yodel. I then spent talking to different people on the phone to find out what’s going on, they said will deliver again and was worried rest of day if would get them. Got a call at 5ish to say can’t do that day...even tho delivery is until 8pm apparently. Eventually she got them the next day. I understand that it’s a busy day but if got the details correct in first place would of got them on time. I might of well as brought her some the next day for half the price as Valentine was over.

Ordered these flowers for my girlfriend on Valentines day. The order never arrived and really put a cloud over things. Tried to get in contact asap however the complete lack of phone support makes this tedious and difficult (There is a number, but it's for purchasing only). There was apparently an issue with the address and the delivery was never made due to this. However I was never notified until AFTER I had made contact with them. Eventually after a constant back and forth and what felt like a true uphill battle. My flowers were finally delivered, days late. Won't be using them again. So a note of warning to anyone making a purchase, you must cross your fingers and hope that there are no problems with your order. Otherwise you'll suffer big time with the support team.
