I ordered flowers on 24/02/2018 to be delivered to my wife to be . The flowers never arrived I have had no correspondence from the company after I sent them a msg . I can’t get a fone no for the company and they took my money from the bank today . Will never use this company again .

Disgraceful service. Stayed home all day for the flowers got an email saying driver on way at 9.30am waited until 6pm and even then flowers arrived with the vase broken disgraceful

I ordered a set of flowers that were displayed oin the web and looked very nice but when they were delivered they were completely different to the flowers ordered. The flowers were not in the vase as displayed and overall i was not satisfied with the product and wish for someone at the company top call me as a matter of urgency.

I ordered for some flowers in jan to be delivered on Valentine’s Day for my partner who works at hospital. The delivery was refused by security as knowone if that that....I get a txt message saying this and it said the wrong name which is why couldn’t find her. So either Serenata stuck wrong name on or yodel. I then spent talking to different people on the phone to find out what’s going on, they said will deliver again and was worried rest of day if would get them. Got a call at 5ish to say can’t do that day...even tho delivery is until 8pm apparently. Eventually she got them the next day. I understand that it’s a busy day but if got the details correct in first place would of got them on time. I might of well as brought her some the next day for half the price as Valentine was over.

I ordered flowers for valentines day didnt recieve them, they took my money and didnt end up getting now flowers in the end at all

Ordered these flowers for my girlfriend on Valentines day. The order never arrived and really put a cloud over things. Tried to get in contact asap however the complete lack of phone support makes this tedious and difficult (There is a number, but it's for purchasing only). There was apparently an issue with the address and the delivery was never made due to this. However I was never notified until AFTER I had made contact with them. Eventually after a constant back and forth and what felt like a true uphill battle. My flowers were finally delivered, days late. Won't be using them again. So a note of warning to anyone making a purchase, you must cross your fingers and hope that there are no problems with your order. Otherwise you'll suffer big time with the support team.

Ordered 12 roses and only 9 were delivered. Most were in bad shape and all are now dead. Very disappointed as I paid over the top for valentines day

I ordered flowers for valentines day on the 11th of Feb, so this was not a late order. I received an email saying that the flowers were out for delivery at 1045 on the day, unfortunately they didn't arrive until 2045. On opening the flowers, my wife discovered they were half dead; she was not happy with this and the night ended on a very disappointing note. It's safe to say I won't be using this service every again. Poor Poor service.

Hello My flowers still haven't been delivered yet. They should have been delivered om the 17.2.2018 I am really disappointed, it was my Daughter in Laws Birthday Kristy Hewitt & she is expecting a baby in 4 weeks. She lives in Canada I live in the UK, so it's not like i can nip round. The tracker says the flowers are still been made up like it said all Friday, Saturday, Sunday & today. Can you please explain to me what has gone on. I e-mailed you late Saturday if they were going to be delivered. As you can tell I am fed up/ Jan Ashburn

Service ok - delivery slot between 8AM and 8PM poor. I paid £59 for 12 Roses... 2 of which were droopy/on their way out upon arrival and DEAD the next day (even after being added to water with the feed provided). All 12 had to be thrown away 3 days after arrival. I've used other florists in the past and not encountered these issues. NOT value for money and NOT recommended

The flowers where half dead and I ordered a bunch of orange lillys and when they arrived they were yellow. Extremely disappointed because I didn't get the flowers I wanted looked nothing like the picture. I can get a bunch from asda that look better then the ones I got delivered.

The flowers that got delivered were already wilting. Just not worth the price paid. Not the lovely blooms I was expecting to gift to my wife on Valentine's Day.

Poor in quality and quantity. This is a £25 bouquet of flowers. It may look fuller when the 3 lillies come out but the gerberas will have completely wilted by then. They got one star because their communication was good although not totally accurate. Lesson learnt - go back to original supplier, or even use the supermarket as I could obtain a gorgeous bouquet for half the price

Box left outside and flowers upside down. Flowers were old and dead two days later. Avoid using this company.

The flowers for Valentines day did not arrive due to a "technical hitch" however the monies are being processed to be returned....but it still has left my wife with no flowers, businesses have problems but it's the solution that provides customers for life. Unfortunately, Serenata failed to turn this poor experience into a positive by sending flowers (albeit late) as well as providing a refund. Regards Mike Covington

I sent my partner a dozen of roses, mini cake, balloon and card for valentine, while I understand that an attempt was made to deliver the items to her on Valentine’s Day. Delivery was rescheduled after 2 days and the roses delivered were wilted and dead. The items were delivered incomplete (the cake was missing). I will not be using serenataflowers again. Thank you for ruining my day.
