i made a order and suposed tobe delivered on 14 feb.. but they didn’t do it at the moment and we are in 17 feb today.. i asked for a refund and they don’t want to do it.. i ordered flowers not shoes or things like that .. at the moment i don’t need them..

The flowers were slightly brown on arrival and by the 2nd day all the roses had died. Wife is really disappointed as this company are usually realiable.

Ordered flowers , cake, vase,balloon and a hand cream. Hand cream was missing. It was a surprise for the wife who was out of town at her Mums. I had to ask her what she received that is when I found out the cream was missing, otherwise would not have known. Put a request for the item to be resent as it gives you that option when mKing a complaint. Was emailed back that the item can not be resent as it is not a main item so they had refunded my money. Appalling. Not be ordering with them again.

No flowers were delivered at all despite them saying they had been. Online complaints is a joke too. 12 emails to get any worthwhile response. Go to your local flower shop and give this joke of a company a miss.

Everything. My flowers were not delivered at all completely ruining valentines day. No explanation and lies saying that they had been dropped off by the courier. This company are a joke. Avoid them at all costs

Poor quality roses, not fresh and delivered upside down. Online complaints procedure was farcical with a total of 14 e-mails to sort the issue.

Roses where dying others where damaged .. there was no presentation what so ever the card was printed wrong , the balloon was just thrown into a brown cardboard box along with the flowers... described as having 20 roses and some white gypsophillia in clear cellophane ... it came in a brown paper wrap with nothing but the worst of the roses they could find... my partner was embarrassed to tell me how bad they where incase I thought she was ungrateful. To be embarrassed getting flowers says about the quality really... when requesting a refund as they where 100% welcome to their flowers back ..they gave me a small fraction back nothing to say sorry or admit there was any wrong and then tried to tell me that maybe I had ordered the wrong item! I’m pretty sure no one would order 20 battered roses in an attempt at a valentines gift. More disappointed in letting my other half down with something that was meant to be a nice surprise! And more shocked at their reaction like I had done something wrong when I brought the issues to their attention. Avoid at all costs M&S had more impressive bouquets at a third the price ! Don’t let them ruin any special occasions as they won’t be held accountable

The Driver was very rude to my wife, pity I was not there!! Flowers were worn out on the edges, what a waste of money!

Awful customer service. Not possible to speak to anyone and to respond to an email you have to go through numerous pages and log a new ticket. Probably not a problem if your flowers were delivered but mine weren’t (this was to a reception manned 24/7, so no excuses) . An awful experience, I wouldn’t recommend and I would t use again.

Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day when my wife got home they had apparently left them under my car with car a ballon and was not there when I looked instead of leaving with a neighbour when I contacted them they said under investigation and not heard anything else or offered any compassion do not use!

Easy ordering process and flowers arrived on time to their destination, however upon receiving the Valentine’s Day flowers, my girlfriend open the box to discover that half the roses had already perished and even the roses that hadn’t were already discoloured and dying. Not what I was expecting after what I’d paid. Will not be using again. Disappointing

Absolute joke! Failed to deliver on valentine's day, failed to deliver to new address on 15th Feb. On 16th they tell me (via email as they don't use the phone) That delivery has failed and that they reserve the right to keep 100% (£49.99), or pay 50% for them to try again. This is a company to be avoided!!!!

Cant really review the company as my order was never received so i can only review on my experience. Had i have known they used yodel as a carrier i would have avoided like the plague. Needless to say they didn't disappoint. Not only did they not deliver but after being send my delivery co-ordinates from Serenata i found that it had been delivered far away for the actual delivery address. Serenata's customer service needs vast improvement. Asked as to why they do not have a phone number to contact them directly i was told they were an ecommerce company thus everything needed dealing with over the internet....what ever happened to the personal touch? they also have no direct email. so every time you reply to there vague responses (some of which are that vague they actually completely avoid the question you are asking) you have to open a new ticket only to be greeted by a completely different customer service member. This was my first and definitely my last experience with these guys. Cheap for a reason....

Had my Valentines order cancelled at 3.25pm on the 14th Feb. I know I had ordered last minute however waiting until 3.25pm to tell me my order was cancelled by email was not the best. It was a quiet night Valentines night in my house.

Where to start, arranged Valentines flowers to be delivered to my wife’s work. The courier apparently attempted delivery, although nobody at my wife’s work saw an attempted delivery. Contacted to ask for refund due to non delivery only to be told that re-delivery would be attempted following day. Demanded refund when 2nd delivery also failed only to be told a 3rd delivery would be attempted on the 16th. Surprisingly this failed also. Finally got a refund when I threw toys out of cot. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are unreliable and a nightmare to contact.

As it was Valentine’s Day I would expect the flowers to be deliveried In a nice package but they where delivered in a closed box. First and last time will use you guys.
