Flowers were damaged.One head was hanging off and feeder bag was damaged.They were packaged in a cardboard box and had the appearance of flowers bought from a garage.

I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my home on Valentine’s Day for the Mrs. The instructions said to leave with next door if no answer, as it happened the Mrs wasn’t in and when I arrived home I found a sodden box of flowers left on my door step! And then to top it off out of the 12 roses that I ordered, 3 of them where rotten and bug eaten.

Delivered a day late poor communication to customer . I had to chase and tracking button a waist of time as not updated till end of day . Will not use again.

Surprised you asked me for a review after after your terrible service. Valentine's day flowers. Didn't even turn up will the 15th. When they did the cake was broke and the ballon was wrong. Was given no help just abuse. The company is in Malta so they really don't care who they hurt. Worst company I have every used. Never agaib

Had notification of delivery of flowers at 8pm on Valentine's day but actually delivered the following day - will not use again

Ordered roses for valentines they were all wilted and dead. I got a refund but they did not even send a new bunch as a way of apology,they ruined my Valentine’s Day. You’ve lost a regular customer too

I ordered my flowers on Tuesday for Valentine's Day and I still am yet to revive them 3 days later!!! Got passed around the staff on different days all giving me the same answer to where my flowers are and none of them could tell me where they were.

hidden behind the bins with no card left for details of were they were flowers were not the best ether similar to garage ones you know the last bunch that look like they have been droped a few times and there about a month

The flowers were terrible quality for £25. I normally have a good experience, and have used them several times. However, this time was very disappointing.

STAY CLEAR!! If there were minus stars, I would of used them... I thought it would be a good idea to use this company to send a bouquet of Roses on Valentines day, how badly was I mistaken... As the location of the delivery was in Scotland, I was very aware that next day delivery was impossible, and that it would take 2 days. I placed the order on the 12th of February expecting the delivery to happen on the 14th. It had now approached 9.30pm and still no delivery. I emailed them voicing my concern. I received an email this morning stating that they would not be delivering the Roses and I wasn't entitled to a refund. Now in my eyes this is theft! When I highlighted this to them, and with a mention of "trading standards" they were very quick to change their tune. I should receive my refund in 5 days, but a girl has lost out on a bouquet of Roses on Valentines day...

I ordered same day delivery flowers and received an email later that afternoon to say that my order could not be fulfilled as no local florist could be found to deliver. These flowers carried an important message and it was now far too late for me to find an alternative . Extremely disappointing.

ST VALENTINES FAILED - Cause of Serenata Flowers, amazing delivery thank you for accepting my order and my payment and FAILING DELIVERY on St Valentines!! Why you just people say that you are not able to make the delivery and you destroy peoples celebrations?

Ruined my Valentine's day! What a joke. Who the hell wants flowers delivered at 9am! She must think I am a joke not getting her anything on Valentine's day! She finished work at 5pm! I will be demanding a refund

Delivery wasn’t delivered in full. Flowers looked half dead. Poor quality, very disappointed. Not value for money.

Unfortunately I needed to change the delivery date, and was told this was impossible. You said I could give an alternative address, but then couldn't guarantee that address, and lo and behold the flowers were delivered to an empty house at the original address. Your customer service is terrible. Five times I asked the same question which was never satisfactory answered. Very disappointed in your company, and will never use you again.

They emailed me saying the flowers were successfully delivered, however I never received them. Now, I’m trying to track my order a day before valentines. I ordered a week early just so I can avoid this situation. What makes it worse is their customer service. They don’t provide a phone number to call them on. They make you type it on their website and even if you want to respond to an email their customer service sent, you ONLY can if you go back on their website and redo the whole thing again. It’s so annoying. Apparently it takes them 1-2 days just to talk to the delivery courier, so I’m anticipating that it will at least take a week to resolve this issue. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. They are very unprofessional and unwilling to help you.
