The flowers were not even delivered! I paid for and was told they would be delivered on Friday and it is now late Monday night and they still have not been delivered. This is unacceptable!

ordering and delivery were ok, they arrived on time, the most important bit, ie the flowers were disappointing. Honestly felt I would have been better going to a florist and handing the flowers personally to my wife, instead of giving her a surprise by having them delivered to the hotel where we were celebrating her birthday. Suffice to say she said it wasn't the gift but the thought that counted !!! Say's it all.

It was a special anniversary and the flowers did not get delivered and I was not notified of the issue so that I could put in place a contingency plan. When I raised the issue and asked for a refund I also asked not to be contacted again!!! Shocking service.

Delivery quick. Not the best quality of flowers. The roses were near dead and the wrapping it came in was pretty bad! Will use another company next time

Flowers went missing during delivery and my mum was discharged from hospital without ever receiving the flowers I ordered her 😔.

Asked for delivery to a neighbour if recipetent wasn't in but was left on step and blew down road snapping couple of stems

Ordered an arrangement to arrive the day before an early funeral. They were sloppily tied and the petals turning brown. I would have done better to have bought a bunch from Lidl and arranged them myself. Won’t be using Serenata again. When I complained, they asked for photos - who gets a camera out at a funeral? Really bad taste!

You included a sorry for your loss card that I didn't order and charge me for it. The flowers were for a friend whose Mother is sick and they caused her huge distress

Courier did not ring my friends bell, she lives in a flat on the 3rd floor, they did not even go up there, just dumped the flowers in the main downstairs porch. I had to spoil the surprise and ask my friend to look around the building to see where they were. This was supposed to be a gesture to cheer my friend up as she has had a bad couple of weeks, and thanks to your couriers it was completely ruined. Also the flowers could have been stolen. Very bad servce

Paid for flowers to be delivered and when they didn’t arrive I emailed only to be told they’d sent an email (I never received) saying they couldn’t find a local supplier to deliver them. I missed a very special occasion.

I paid extra and purchased the largest bouquet. However, the number of stems wasn’t worth the extra value. Also, the packing was similar to low end supermarket flowers. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend based on this.

Unfortunately my flowers for a funeral were not delivered on time. I ordered for a Sat a pre Noon, for a funeral on the Monday morning. I specifically stated where to leave them as most funeral homes are not open at weekends (and the funeral home was expecting a drop to their back door). The first I knew was the funeral home letting me know on the Monday morning that they had not been delivered. Then to try to find a number to call Serenata, and there is no contact tel on their website ! Only a website form. How frustrating that when you need to contact them urgently there is no number. Anyway seeing other reviews on trust pilot, it looks like Serenata has a problem delivering flowers on time for funerals. They did respond to my angry email within the hour with a refund, and also chauffeured the flowers to the funeral home. With the funeral at 11:30 am, they just made it in the end. The things is, if the funeral was earlier they wouldn't have made it. And if I hadn't have contacted them, they definitely would not have made it either. Such a shame because they were nice flowers. And a stress you don't need on such a horrible day.

100% will NEVER EVER use again. Email told me guarteneed delivery to a hotel in Northern Ireland to find out late in the evening that the day they were meant to be delivered that they won't be. Destroyed a present I was sending to a couple for their 1st anniversary. Advised to give an alternative address which I did and guess where the flowers ended up, at the hotel that they were staying in for 1 night only. Paid £38 for flowers now to sit in a hotel that for no one. Disgusting service. Will be telling anyone that asks me about this never to use. Never see my money again and now have to spend more money trying to get them a present. Totally useless.

Flowers lasted only one week! I could have bought a lovely large bunch for half price from M&S and they would have lasted twice as long - very disappointed
