What went wrong...stupid company couldn't do a simple thing like deliver my red roses to my daughter on her 50th Birthday...even though I placed the order 2 weeks in advance. Whats so difficult in delivering a bunch of flowers on such an important day? Well it wasn't so important for this company was it?...obviously my order wasn't a priority for them...as they eventually delivered the next day, even though I kept contacting them on the day, asking where my order was...the reply was..the order is out with their carriers...and it could be delivered up to 8.00pm...Well they weren't.....so disappointing...wont ever use this company again...You`d think they would have least try to contact me...asking how they could recompense me or my Daughter in some way...nope not interested...Well I will make sure that I tell as many people as possible how we got let down...Yes I`m dam annoyed.

Very disappointed! I ordered flowers to be delived in 15th Dec (my aunties birthday) and they arrived on 2nd Dec a day after I had ordered them. No customer tel number to make a complaint. I had to apologise to my auntie as it was 2 weeks before her birthday

The whole display was poor the roses were half dead. Mum was very disappointed. Won’t be ordering again.

The flowers were lovely but the presentation was terrible and didn't get the wow factor that I'd hoped for. Instead of my colleague having her beautiful flowers on her desk all day they looked like they were a bunch of flowers bought from the supermarket, this is not what I would expect for the money I paid.

My order was delivered to the wrong person at the wrong address and all they offered me was to pay half price for the next order. My friend had no flowers for her birthday and I wasted £25. Never using them again! Trading standards ought to investigate this company.

Ordered 5 days in advance to be sure my Wife received them on our anniversary, flowers delivered 24 hours after they should have been, and in a poor state when they did arrive. Needless to say they have not lasted as long as they should have done. Sorry, but will not use Srenata again!

Flowers were delivered 24 hours too late. We had paid a premium for delivery before noon. Not good.

Paid for guaranteed delivery before 10.30 But didn't even arrive that day! My first experience of ordering flowers so did a bit of research... What a waste of time! Website has all the bells and whistles but that is just a facade for terrible service. Ruined opening day of my Girlfriends pantomime season as she thought I'd forgotten as usual... I'm a Yorkshireman so not famed for flower giving. This put me right off the idea of ever doing it again. Thanks Serenata Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Delivery time wasn't met even though I paid £10 extra Flowers were all broken They were left on the doorstep even though the instruction was to leave with neighbours The flowers did not match the flowers ordered. If I could give a zero star rating, I would. The worst customer service ever

Failed to deliver flowers to a dear friend, on her birthday, as promised. Despite paying a premium for the delivery service. Flowers arrived a day late. When I apologised to my friend for the late delivery. Learned that the flowers I had delivered previously from Serenata, to her. Had died off within a week. Usually flowers in her care last two to three weeks. Will never use the company again.

Flowers were delivered 2 days late. No means to phone anyone and they told me they were going to refund me. This has to be the worse experience of buying flowers ever. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Flowers did not arrive after waiting 4 days. Contacted the company on numerous occasions to request the flower, was ensured that the flowers would be delivered the following day. They where not, then was asked to give a different address as some hospitals may not accept fresh flowers. Terrible service, will not use again and will ensure that everyone I know is discouraged from doing as well.

Flowers were delivered late, and the incorrect bouquets size was delivered- it was a smaller one than was ordered and paid for. Would not recommend.

Flowers were delivered late - a day after the order was for. I booked well within the deadline, and the order email confirmed my choice of date. I raised this issue via the 'contact' section of the website but I have not heard back. That was 24 hours ago. Do not trust their claims of guaranteed next day delivery if you book before the deadline.

I ordered on-line, and the flowers were delivered but left in a bush!! The recipient was away and came back the following day and only saw the flowers because a neighbour happened to spot them in the bush! NOT very impressed at all....wont be ordering again from them!

The flower I ordered on wife's Birth Day (and of course for our 18th Anniversary on 26Nov) was not fresh and I am disappointed with that. I never use or recommend your service in future.

The worst customer service ever received. Ordered flowers for next day delivery and they were not delivered. Was offered a refund or redelivery. No compensation for the company’s failure to perform their obligations under the contract. Appalling.

The person was in the house all day, the flowers and chocolates weren't delivered and to deliver again you're charging me the same value again... What about the 1st order? Does it goes in the bin? Every time you won't deliver you're going to charge me 30 pounds? It looks like a scam to me though
