No option to pick 0 stars. Ordered sameday flowers. Never arrived. Emailed the next day. Told at 1pm (24hours after order placed) that they dont deliver there.

I have customed serenata for many years. Previous custom from Serenata resulted in delayed delivery. I decided to give it another chance as I was provided with an acceptable explaination. This custom was worse than before. Not only that Serenata did not honour their Flower Policy where they would provide a full refund if it were not delivered in time, but I have also noticed that they have removed the policy from their web page. Even though the customer service team replies very promptly, none of them can provide a solution. I ended up repeating myself many times regarding the same issue. And there was no solution provided. I once thought that Serenata would be an excellent solution for those living overseas ordering and sending flowers to their loved ones in the UK. Sadly, it is far from the truth. What was meant to be a surprise delivery ended up with me asking the recipient to stay at home the whole day for nothing. Considering that there are other options with much better customer services out there such as Amazon, I would advise on thinking twice before customing Serenata again.

Flowers were very poor quality and the petals of the flowers were Browning on the edges at delivery. When I contacted customer services, I was robbed off with a generic response, which did not even relate to the message I had sent. Thoroughly disappointed and would never buy from them again; in fact I will in all likelihood a lovely discourage people from using serenata flowers.

Delivered to the wrong address so i had to go and collect them myself, there was a birthday card inside which was sopping wet and crumpled and the flowers looked nothing like the picture that i ordered.

As I entered my card details the site froze and went back to homepage. I should have realized then this was a mistake! Very disappointed by the quality of flowers I ordered for our anniversary they did not look fresh and overall the bouquet was sub-standard. I could have bought a £2.99 bunch from the Aldi supermarket, containing more and fresher flowers, and lasting longer than 2 days. They don't match any flowers on the website. Flowers from Aldi definitely last longer. Would not order from you again, now off to Aldi!

The dozen luxury red roses were not in water, were badly presented and lasted all of 2 days. Delivered on a Wednesday, by Friday they were crumpled and drooping.

The roses in the bunch of flowers looked dead/dying and these for my mum on her 60th Birthday and now the Daisy's are dropping and it's only been 5 days (photos attached were taken day of the delivery)

The flowers I ordered for a funeral on Saturday did not arrive at the crematorium until Monday. I was emailed by Serenata on Saturday afternoon to inform me the flowers had not been delivered due to there being no one to leave them with. I then requested a refund as the flowers were required on Saturday and any time after would be pointless. No refund was given and the flowers delivered 2 days later, which by then, had completely lost their point.

I ordered these flowers for a very dear friend on her 81st birthday. Her family put a picture up on face book and I was horrified at what you sent. Nothing like the picture you promised and I paid for. Disappointed that I was given a false impression of my order. Please may I have my money back so I can give my friend a decent bunch of flowers Many thanks Noreta Fitzgerald 7.8.17

I went for the 'Deluxe' option of their 'Aztec Sun' display. On receiving it, I dread to think what the 'regular' option would have been like ....

received flowers as a present,didnt want to tell friends who sent them how bad they were ,tried to complain direct,but cannot contact the company without an order no ,therefore you cant complain,absolutely terrible customer service

Flowers came in a box upside down. Chocolates were overpriced, balloon very small. Flowers are dieing after two days ! All very expensive but quality of service very poor ! Disappointed!

Ordered a bouquet for my mother - what arrived were nothing like what they advertised on their website & were looking very old. They agreed to send another bunch to my mum numerous emails and several photos later. When the replacement bunch arrived, the box was battered and wet & the flowers were of equal poor quality. Serenata flowers suggested peeling off some of the dead petals & then in their opinion they were of good quality. DO NOT USE!!

Water dried out in stem holder. Package battered. Customer service set up as an catch 22 email box brick wall. Flowers dying or past it. Why they operate like this hard to understand- why no quality control? Worst I have ever come across.

Flowers were ordered for a friend who was just out of hospital after an operation. I received an email confirming that the flowers had been dispatched but they were never received. No card was put through the door saying they had been left somewhere else. My friend was in all day as she was recovering from the surgery. My total frustration is that the response to my query suggests I phone customer service but of course no phone number is given. I have now spent a very frustrating 30mins Googling possible contact numbers with no success. I am extremely upset on so many levels and will not be using this service again. Anne

Initially the bouquet mum sent was beautiful, however, as previous reviewers have stated, the flowers didn't last, and without an order number you cannot contact the company. As these were a gift from my mum, i don't want to upset her by asking for the order number, so despite having photographs, i can't complain to the company! I'm also presuming that they arrived later than mum was anticipating, as when i called her to thank her, she was surprised that they'd only just turned up.

Quality of flowers and delivery service absolutely appalling. Flowers dumped outside front door by DPD (despite us being inside the house). They didn't even bother ringing the doorbell. Once opened, half the flowers were found to be dead and the rest wilting. Complaining to Serenata is impossible. They have no contact phone number and only an email address which you cannot use if you don't have an order number, which I don't because they were a present from a friend. I don't want to upset my friend by trashing her generous gesture and am therefore not willing to ask her for the order number. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
